“Like, I think all we need is someone with a large amount of that energy thing you dudes produce to complete the ritual.”
Naruto started to twitch again at hearing Kameko sound so unsure about herself. Her attitude towards the situation was still so casual, like she was trying to decide what kind of shoes to wear. This was a life or death situation for Naruto, enough joking around already! Naruto was hanging onto his sanity by a very small thread and wasn’t sure he could keep this up much longer.
“Oh Me! Me! I have tons of chakra, nice topless Goddess!” Jiraiya shouted with his arms waving in the air. He gazed up at the recently de-breastplated Goddess admiring his handiwork. One blow, one nice pair of knockers revealed. The greatest part of all this, Kameko was letting them hang free. Jiraiya had to love a Goddess that had no shame.
“Like, are you sure you’re up to it? It’ll take a huge amount of that chakra thing.”
“Please, I have tons of energy, as the ladies can tell you.” Jiraiya winked at the Goddess, inciting a soft giggle from the blond haired deity. “I have so much chakra, I can even summon Gamabunta.”
“Like, oh my God, you’re that Toad Hermit dude that summons that old yakuza wannabe. You’re the dude he talks about all the time, mostly to distract me while he tried to stick his tongue down my kimono.”
“Ya, he’s an old perv, just like me. How is the slimy toad anyway?”
“Like, I’m no gossiper, but I’ll tell you, he makes up for his slimy skin with that BIG tongue of his.” Kameko and Jiraiya giggled like schoolgirls. The Goddess had a blush all over her face; she couldn’t believe she told this old dude about her and the toad boss. Jiraiya meanwhile, reminded himself to tease the summoned toad boss about this when he sees him next. He couldn’t believe the slimy amphibian hadn’t told him that he’d bagged this babe.
Across from the chatting pair, Naruto was turning red in the face too, but the blood was running to his face in frustration. He didn’t care what animals Kameko had done, zoophilia was the last thing on his mind now. He wanted his cure and he wanted it now. He took in a deep breath to go on another rant, when Kakashi slipped behind him and covered his mouth. Glaring down at his impulsive student, Kakashi whispered sharply into his ear.
“Just let them get this out of their system. Don’t worry, they haven’t forgotten about you.”
Kakashi was right; as soon as the laughter died down, they turned to Naruto. Kameko cracked her fingers. “Okay, lets do this thing before those creepy little stalkers get their butts here.”
“Too late.”
Turning to the voice, Naruto’s blood ran cold at the sight that greeted him. A mist had rolled in while Kameko and Jiraiya talked and now people were starting to emerge, people Naruto recognized. Everyone from Tsunade to Kiba was walking towards him. Eyes glazed over, licking their lips and weapons at the ready. Some of them planed to subdue him, while others were going to just eat him on the spot. Practically everyone Naruto knew was here and even people he had only met briefly. There weren’t just members of the Leaf village arriving, Naruto saw people he’d met o missions. He saw people he’d met when he was in the Land of Tea, Land of Snow, Land of Vegetables, Even the Land of Waves. Naruto’s eyes darted to little Inari from the Land of Waves sporting a bib.
“You’re coming home Naruto, in our bellies!” Sakura howled, drool dripping from her lips.
“Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!” Naruto repeated to Kameko as he backed away. He didn’t move far before a scream made him halt in his steps. Garaa had arrived.
“Mine!” The sandboy bellowed, pointing a sand tentacle in Naruto’s direction. Naruto could barely recognize he hulking sand beast as the crazed redhead. He looked like a mountain of pulsing sound with a distorted head perched on the mount. Slime poured from his chops as he grunted and moaned words Naruto couldn’t understand.
Trapped from both ends, Naruto had nowhere to go and was quickly losing ground. The army of hungry zombies was drawing closer, their hunger leaving them unaware of the giantess standing beside Naruto, which was alright with Kameko. Smirking at the gathered hoard, Kameko lifted her foot up.
“Squishing time!” She laughed, ready to turn her shoes red with her enemies lifeblood. Before she could put her foot down, Jiraiya jumped into the line of fire.
“Wait! You can’t kill them. This isn’t their fault. It’s Naruto’s chakra, we have to uncorrupt it!” Glumly, Kameko agreed. She really wanted to squish something. Picking up Jiraiya, she reached for Sasuke, but he flinched at her giant hand.
“Come on Emo boy, don’t be afraid,” Kameko said congenially. Sasuke frowned at he giant protector.
“I’m the great Sasuke, I’m not afraid of anything!” He proudly told the Goddess. Then more calmly, he added. “And I’m not Emo. I just like dark colors and being alone. I may be emotionally candid, sensitive, shy, introverted, glum, quiet, and enjoy indie rock, but I’m not Emo.”
“Whatever.” Kameko plucked him up, much to the chagrin of Sasuke and his groupies, but Kameko didn’t care. Naruto was completely surrounded now by the hungry stalkers. There was no way out for Naruto, nowhere to run to and nowhere to hide. He was even out of explosives.
They reached towards him, mouths agape and drool running down their chins. It was like something out of a horror movie or nightmare. Staring at the empty faces of his friends and acquaintances, Naruto looked past them to his only salivation. Kameko was holding Jiraiya and Sasuke in her left hand. A golden glow had formed around the two and the wind was picking up around Kameko. As she worked her heavenly magic, Naruto crossed his fingers that this would work.
