The Process Pt.3 Girlzilla: Giantess Monsters 2.0 chapter 22 by copier · original author: penslayer5

With the lever now pulled the floodgates had been opened, and orange liquid began to drain into the multiple pipes that lined the tube housing the meteorite.

It flowed through the pipes at a rapid pace and would reach its intended destination in no time at all. Meanwhile in the pool, Rei waited patiently for the process to begin.

Fortunately for her the wait wasn't long as the orange liquid began to shoot out of the holes like a waterfall, slowly filling the open space around her.

As soon as it touched her skin however, she started to shiver like that time someone dropped ice down her pants at the orphanage as a joke.

The orange liquid was just so cold. Her brain instinctively told her body to move and huddle against something warm, but through force of will, Rei remained laid out.

It didn't matter if the orange meteorite remnant was cold, she would endure it for herself, her father, and her country. She would not leave until the experiment was over.
______

As the pool filled, Sakurai, Havoc and Tanaka observed it with anticipation growing in their guts. There was no turning back now. They've made their beds and now they would have to lie in them.

"I admit, your daughter is very brave to undergo this kind of experimentation." Havoc spoke clearly.

"Indeed, though I still stand by the machines as a better option." Tanaka added.

Sakurai smiled. "I understand Tanaka, but this is for the best. My girl is going to be spectacular."
______

Back inside the main lab, the meteorite tube was just about empty. Almost all of the liquid inside had completely drained and the rock itself was now significantly smaller than it was before.

"Halt the liquification!" The head scientist ordered. "This is more than enough!"

"Halting!" a female in a lob coat acknowledged. "Jenkins, raise the lever!"

Jenkins saluted back. "Raising the lever!"
______

Inside the pool Rei was floating in the orange mixture. It was so cold she could swear her left arm had gone numb. Add to that her teeth were chattering.

The pool had stopped filling, although she didn't know that yet as the holes were now completely submerged.

She just had to hold on just a little bit longer.

Just a little bit longer.
______

"The liquid flow has ceased sir." the scientist closets to Sakurai explained. "The subject is now ready for the electric shock."

Sakurai nodded as he crossed his arms behind his back. "Good"

"You heard the man." Havoc suddenly cut in. "Zap her."

Tanaka remained silent.

The scientist nodded hesitantly. He pulled out his radio and gave the word to the men and women in the other room. "Zap the subject. Maximum power."
______

The order reached the scientists behind the wall. Rei waited with bated breath, unaware that the hair on her head was beginning to rise.

Outside the storm continued rag, thunder and lightning cracking above.

Rei didn't know when happened. All she knew for certain was that in a flash a pain like no other ripped through her body. A loud and agonizing scream echoed off the walls.

Her pained voice was near deafening to anyone else in the room.

No one helped her. No one dare to call the experiment off. Everyone just stood there and watched as the girl was zapped with a beyond lethal dose of electricity. Were it not for the meteorite's unique contents, she'd have been dead already.

Sakurai smirked.

Havoc smiled.

Tanaka tightened his fists.

The final stage had begun.
