Just Beachy - Mom Edition Pt. I
Keeping true to her word, your mom had chosen another spot for herself at the beach, and she took you there. You helped her to lay out some towels and put a parasol up for her to have shade. Owing to her Mexican heritage (and yours by consequence), she didn't ever need or feel the need for getting a tan, having a naturally tanned skin tone, more or less what one would describe as caramel color, whereas your father was almost white.

Your own skin tone was much closer to hers than his, but upon closer inspection, you noticed yours was a bit lighter, more similar to coffee with milk for a lack of things to compare it with. It was funny in a way to see that you really were a mix of the two. Despite being adopted, Ariadne was also close to Miriam's skin tone, her was slightly darker even, but it would be easy for anyone to mistake her for a biological daughter.

While you thought about these things, you set up things for your mom on autopilot, and only snapped out of it when you finished. Your mom thanked you and hugged you tightly once more. You couldn't help but feel your body tingling on the inside whenever you felt the touch of hers, even her soft, pudgy tummy had quite an effect on you when pressed against your stomach. However, when she patted your head and ruffled your hair with her hand, you felt more at ease, a little bit like when you were a younger kid and she helped you calm down.

"So... between the two of us... what did you think of your friends' swimsuits?" Miriam suddenly asked with a playful giggle, immediately undoing the easing up you had just felt, making you blush deeply and shake a little in nervous embarrassment.
"I won't snitch, mommy's word" She giggled more, finding your reaction cute, although it did remind her that you were indeed growing up after all.

"Wha-what's that supposed to mean?" You asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I just meant that, now that none of them are here, there shouldn't be any... umm... undue pressure..." She said.
"So, in your fully honest opinion, which one actually won?"

You were a bit worried, she definitely saw through you just like Lillian, and you didn't exactly like the implication that you hadn't been truthful the first time around, but then again, you sensed she was probably fishing for something, maybe she just wanted to make you spit out the fact that you liked Jen, something that, to your knowledge, only had told Ariadne, and that Lillian and Zuemy figured out by observation. Your mom shouldn't really know about it, and despite how much she messed around with you, you could trust Ariadne not to spill the beans on you, nor to sell you out no matter what. Coming to think of it, you probably made it obvious yourself that you were favoring Jen...

"Uh, Jen still won, mom... I wasn't lying, you know..." You laughed a little. You felt incredibly awkward to answer this sort of question for her, but there was no going around it.

"Hmm..." She didn't look entirely convinced, and raised an eyebrow while looking you in the eye, as if trying to peer into your soul to find the true answer.
"I'm pretty sure your eyes almost popped out of their sockets when Lillian turned around though" She said quietly, almost whispering. Regardless of her tone, her words sent mad chills up your spine and gave you goosebumps all over your body while you shuddered.

'Did she notice that?! H-How?!' your mom's observation powers still baffled you to this day, though then again, you were quite distracted when the girls displayed their 'charms' for you. Reflexively, you took a step back.

"Lillian noticed too... and that's why she wasn't completely convinced by your answer" Miriam added, making you gulp in fear. Just how much had she seen? It was starting to sound like she knew stuff she wasn't supposed to, or even stuff you didn't know yourself.

You needed to find a way out of this problem before it got way, way worse, and thankfully, the lone braincell in your head that hadn't collapsed pulled through.

"W-Well... I mean... it should've been a draw" You said, noticing that Miriam's look softened, she deemed that a more truthful answer and was pleased by it.
"But I didn't really want to egg Lillian on, you know?"

"Why?" Miriam asked with sincere curiosity.

"Uh, because if I told her straight out I liked her swimsuit... you know how she gets... she already sits on my lap or on my face a lot, and that would only make it worse... a lot worse, I can tell... plus, whenever that happens, it's pretty much inevitable that she'll fart... a lot..."

Miriam enjoyed a good chuckle hearing that answer and gently patted your head again.
"Aww, sweetie..." she said "I thought you were more or less used to all that... I mean, she's kinda done that since you were in kindergarten after all"

"I...I know... but I didn't want to spend the whole day under her big butt" You shuddered again.

"H-Hey!" Now Miriam blushed a little and gave you a playful frown, lightly punching you on the shoulder.

"What?" You were completely caught off guard by her reaction, it appeared to have come out of the blue.

"You know that Lillian and I are almost the same size..." Miriam pouted and slowly turned around, making you gulp as you once again saw her massive booty.
"If you think she has a big butt that means mine is too"

All of the built-in alarms in your head went off that instant. As someone once said on the Internet a long time ago, you dun goofed.

"W-Wait, that's not what I meant!" You quickly replied, wanting to undo your mistake as soon as possible, though in a way, the damage was already done.

"Hmm?" Miriam gave you an inquisitive look.

"Uhhh, I mean... I just called hers big because it's annoying that she sits on me all the time... but yours isn't..." You said, adding the last part in a weaker tone because, as much as you'd like to deny it, your mom had a pretty huge butt, though of course, there was no way you'd ever tell her that, knowing her reaction about that kind of info.

"I wonder if you'd still say the same thing if I weren't your mama though" She suddenly said, making you blush much, much harder as well as making you ten times as nervous. She knew...
"If I weren't your mama, and if I were 22 years younger... I wonder how you'd react" Miriam said as she slowly shook her hips, making her humongous cheeks jiggle quite a lot.
"I kinda looked like Lillian, you know? Maybe I was a bit shorter and thinner... but only a little" She chuckled, turning back around and cupping her chest "I would've been a fair match for Jen too" She added just as you felt close to fainting. Seeing that, she laughed heartily again and gave you a bear-hug that lasted a couple of seconds.
"Just kidding!" She then grabbed a bottle of sunblock.
"Anyway, how about you help me out with this? I'd love to get a massage from you"

At least that was enough to make you snap out of your shock and without questioning, you nodded. Your father had taught you how to do massages, he learned them in his youth from someone whose job was called in Spanish a huesero, basically, an ancient form of chiropractic, from Mexico's precolumbian times. Surprisingly enough, the massages you learned were quite effective at relieving various kinds of pain, and were useful even to apply to yourself after feeling strained from some activity, or feeling pain from having slept in the wrong position, or from that random tendon that stretched at the wrong time, plus many other instances...

However, there was another side to that coin, and it was that your family quickly became aware of your newly acquired skills, and since your dad wasn't around much anymore, it was often you who had to help your mom or Ariadne whenever they needed massages, particularly Ariadne used to request them quite a bit to feel less sore after her strenuous workouts, while your mom needed them to relax. Thankfully, the two of them were sensible enough not to blab about this to the rest of your family, as you could tell it'd be incredibly awkward and embarrassing with Aunt Betty and you didn't really want to spend any more time with Aunt Karen than you had to... plus, the thought of giving Celeste one of those made you shudder...

Though then again, a few times when she injured herself doing something stupid or during PE, you had helped her, but fortunately she never figured out that you really knew how to do massages and seemingly forgot about those incidents as soon as they were over. On the other hand... Lillian had figured this herself by observation, and it was yet another thing you both liked and disliked, she often had you massage her enormous butt, and you could tell it was more because she wanted to make you touch it than from any genuine need. A lot of the time you felt awkward for possessing these skills, but recently you realized that if you managed to get far enough with Jen, they might actually help boost your points with her... although with her suddenly quitting volleyball, she wasn't doing all that much exercise anymore, and the reason why was anyone's guess, as far as you could tell...

Back to reality, you began applying sunblock on your mom while massaging her body, starting with her shoulders and neck, which despite her all-around softness, felt tense beneath the surface. Her long work hours sure took a toll on her, even though she didn't look any worse for wear from it. The fact that she didn't even need any form of makeup (and practically never wore) further confirmed that notion.

Once you were done with her shoulders and neck, you applied sunblock on her arms and massaged as well. The tendons in her hands were quite stiff, which you guessed was from typing so much at her office. You were so worried about her developing carpal tunnel that on Mother's day and on one of her birthdays, you got her a mousepad and a vertical mouse to make sure she'd never get it.

Mercifully, Miriam applied sunblock on her chest herself, but asked you to apply it on her stomach, which was likely a pretext to make you tough her slightly pudgy tummy, you guessed, but complied nonetheless...
