I'll give the details for each path, and you can have them drag on for some time/a few chapters, if you can pull it off, but ultimately they have to lead to a fatal bad ending. 1) Unfortunately for you, you were right under one of Dolores' ultra-massive asscheeks, so you'll get crushed under an unbelievable weight, albeit in an extremely soft 'packaging'. You're helpless and unable to escape as the untold pressure her unmeasurable weight exerts its force upon your diminutive self. Butt crush ending.

2) Dolores' colossal cheek landed upon you, and you were crushed by an unfathomable weight, but your body was fine, your chest hurt, though, and you felt as if you had a billion elephants dogpiling you. However, there was one little big problem... There was no air to breathe, every single inch of space that wasn't occupied by yourself was filled by her extremely squishy and doughy flesh, covering your mouth and nose as well, and encasing your whole body from above, an unreal pressure pinning you down. You desperately struggle and try to get out... Butt smother ending.

3) By what was either a miracle, sheer luck or a deity with a dark sense of humor up there, you were spared from being thoroughly crushed and flattened under Dolores' unending mass, finding yourself in pitch-black darkness, under her abyss of a crack. Unnervingly loud gurgling groans echo above you. Turns out that Dolores was feeling a "little" gassy, and she didn't bother standing up or taking you out, thinking you'd be able to take it. The largest, fiercest storm you ever faced erupts above you, and while you survive each booming terrifying blast, your atmosphere gets hotter, thicker and increasingly more toxic with each gaseous burst, until your body can simply take no more... Assphyxiation ending.

4) By what was either a miracle, sheer luck or a deity with a dark sense of humor up there, you were spared from being thoroughly crushed and flattened under Dolores' unending mass, finding yourself in pitch-black darkness, under her abyss of a crack. Unnervingly loud gurgling groans echo above you. They rumble threateningly, making your entire world vibrate, almost as if in fear of what was to come... Outside, Dolores felt one pesky large bubble make its way down her gut, and without thinking much of it, she ripped a super massive room-shaking fart, while sitting on you. That was far too much for your tiny constitution to withstand, and stood no chance, you were instantly obliterated...

5) You find your demise under Dolores in any other way not described here, these can be still bad endings in a way even if they don't actually involve death. An example being that you get squashed and flattened under her, permanently becoming a living tattoo, a fate worse than death itself. You may have no mouth anymore, but you must scream. Wild card/Free choice bad ending.
