Lillian wanting you to make her breakfast or enjoying your mom's was far from unusual, then again she almost lived in your house. However she and her family were fair and if you so desired you could expect to go to her house and get food if hungry and in fact you've been left under Sheila's care several times while your parents were away from home and you were younger.

Lillian simply followed you but she noticed that you went straight to the kitchen instead of going to see your mom but she had no need to ask, she knew you that well: You almost always chose to make your own food to not burden your mom any further, with her job being already pretty taxing as it is and  in fact you learned you cook for yourself in the first place precisely out of a desire to help her.

You gave the kitchen a quick look and saw that there were no signs of usage, either your mom was still asleep or she'd left and skipped breakfast presumably to grab food on the way. Despite it being christmas eve it wasn't like the people at the Mayor's office had many breaks so who knows. In any case you then went to the fridge and quickly decided what you'd be making: Your signature dish, the first one you ever learned and also the only one you've mastered to a point where you actually surpassed your mom's cooking. None other than good ol' scrambled eggs, one of your favorite foods since your early childhood.

Before knowing its actual name, you used to refer to them as "popcorn eggs" since that's what it looked like to you and had no other way to describe them. Over the years it became a little silly anecdote that your mom still remembers fondly and one that Lillian was witness to but she couldn't troll you about it because she used that term herself.

"Interesting" Lillian giggled, seeing as you grabbed the eggs and carefully put them on the counter "Are you sure you wanna give me eggs? Me?" She asked with a teasing grin.

"Is there any food that doesn't make you gassy?" You replied as you started cracking them.

"Nope!" Lillian chuckled "I mean you know me, I'm always gassy but some foods do make it kinda worse"

"Well it's either this or beans so I'm taking my chances with the eggs" You shrugged "There's meat too but I'd rather let mom or dad cook that... Not that it matters since we're gonna have turkey for Christmas dinner"

"Kinda funny that we eat on Christmas what most people have for Thanksgiving" Lillian noted while you scrambled the eggs using a fork and added quite a generous amount of powdered garlic and pepper into the mix.

"Yeah but I've seen the old cartoons my parents talk about and people here also used to have turkey for it. Grandma Xóchitl told me that back in Mexico in many places the government would actually give you a coupon that you could trade for a free whole turkey to prepare for christmas" You mentioned.

"Why don't we have that for Thanksgiving?" Lillian then mused.

"Not like it matters that much, we didn't really do Thanksgiving ourselves" You said.

"Up until now" She giggled and poked your cheek with a finger "I bet you're still happy Jen invited you to her family's Thanksgiving, huh?"

"So were you" You shot back without missing a beat "I still don't know how they didn't kick you out, you eat way too much!"

"Huh? You've never minded" Lillian paused, surprised at your remark.

"I don't mind myself but I mean, come on! You were a guest in Jen's house! I don't think they got any leftovers with all you, your mom, Jordana and for that matter my mom and Ariadne ate" You said.

"You're preparing a dozen eggs right now though" Lillian replied "I take it it's 6 for you and 6 for me so even you have an appetite of your own"

"Yes, but once I eat these eggs I won't need to eat anything until night time while you will probably eat again in an hour or two" You said, giving Lillian a deadpan stare.

"Well, these buns are high maintenance, what can I say?" She giggled and playfully spun around, showcasing the sheer size of her behind and how much it jiggled. The sheer amount of calories stored in those cheeks would probably baffle any nutritionist.

"Last time I checked you're supposed to consume those reserves at some point" You said, focusing back on cooking, preparing the pan with some butter and turning the stove on.

"Nah, I'm good. The cushioning is nice, anywhere I sit is comfy enough" Lillian said, sticking her tongue out for a moment "Besides, you wouldn't like me if I were a bag of bones with no meat like half the girls in our school"

Upon hearing that you froze for a few seconds, your brain almost had a minor crash trying to process what to respond to that and in the end you chose to remain silent and pretend the last few moments simply didn't happen.

"H-Hey! Don't just go mute like that!" Lillian did a fake pout "That's so rude, oh my god!"

"Okay, okay! Fair enough... kinda" You groaned and rolled your eyes "You look... good as you are, you carry yourself well" You then looked away in embarrassment. Lillian's eyes gleamed for a split second, delighted to hear confirmation that you liked her voluptuousness and got reminded of a conversation she had with Cindy quite a while ago...

"So... you think he likes big gals?" Cindy asked with a genuinely surprised expression.

"Are you kidding me? Of course! He thinks you're very cute for a reason" Lillian said.

"Oh, really?" Cindy blushed a little "I mean, I thought it was because of something else like the glasses"

"You're adorable anyway but yeah, your cute chub amps up the cuteness factor" Lillian said.

"Zuemy said something like that too the other day" Cindy noted "Maybe that's why Jen dropped volleyball?"

"No shit, yeah" Lillian giggled "She wants to grow dat booty so she needs to pack on the pounds"

"It's already pretty big and she has huge boobs too" Cindy then said.

"Yeah but I think she's considering getting some tum. I'm pretty sure she's taken some notes from you" Lillian chuckled and Cindy blushed even more but smiled.

Lillian snapped out of that memory as the smell of the scrambled eggs and seasoning reached her, you were already cooking them on the pan after buttering it quite decently. She found it endearing to see you so intensely focused on your task and she also admired it. It was both kinda cute to see you take something so seriously yet she actually respected it and while she wasn't a bad cook herself she didn't think she could reach that level of focus.

In just a few more minutes the eggs were done. After so many years you'd pretty much mastered getting them to the cooking point you deemed perfect, turning off the stove to let the remaining heat finish things off. You then divided the food in two halves and put them on a plate each. Lillian couldn't help but drool a little at the smell though she was quick to catch on and wiped it off before you noticed.

"You know me, I'm gonna make myself some chocolate milk but there's a bunch of juices, black tea and soda in the fridge, help yourself to what strikes your fancy" You said, grabbing a carton of milk yourself to quickly mix with powdered chocolate made by your grandma.

"Sure!" Lillian walked to the fridge and gave it a quick look to see her choices. Similarly to yourself, even in chilly weather she'd still prefer having a cool drink although hot chocolate held some charm, however she always preferred her coffee and tea to be cold. Right now she was more in the mood for soda and chose the Pepsi, pouring herself a large glass of it.

"You know, it's kind of a meme or stereotype that Coke is a staple in Mexican households yet I only ever see Pepsi in yours" Lillian said with a slight chuckle.

"Yeah, that's exactly the case in here" You replied with a shrug, grabbing some baguette-type bread that your parents and grandparents consistently referred to as "French bread", making a distinction from the more generic box bread for sandwiches people usually bought from the supermarket.

"Mom has always liked to go against the mainstream... In terms of football (soccer), most people cheer for the Club América while mom's team is the Cruz Azul. In terms of wrestling, the most popular one of all time was El Santo but mom's favorite was always Blue Demon, she prefers Bruce Lee over Jackie Chan for martial arts, DC over Marvel, Pepsi over Coke, Burger King over McDonald's, Don Bluth over Disney and so on... Dad says she's kinda a contrarian but the thing is she legit likes all of those"

"I can respect that, she likes what she likes plus she has good taste, not complaining here" Lillian said, taking a sip of her glass of pepsi just as you handed her some bread to eat her eggs with.

"Not a good idea to drink that before eating" You said almost by reflex, as you'd been taught your whole life that one should never drink anything acidic on an empty stomach.

"Okay... dad" Lillian said, giving you a smug grin while you simply gave her a deadpan look once more.

"Let's not" You said, almost groaning in sheer annoyance.

"Hmm? A lot of guys would love to have a cute girl call them 'daddy' " Lillian teased "Or should I switch over to Spanish? Huh, papi?" She said and by the look in her eyes she was at least half-serious.

"Gee, real humble" You chuckled but you still had a somewhat soured look "But seriously don't. I kinda find it weird, don't like it"

"That doesn't sound very dominant of you" Lillian said, giggling as you nearly choked upon hearing her.

"Who even said I'm into that?!" You raised an eyebrow "Besides, how would you like it if I called you mommy, huh?"

"I... don't really mind" Lillian giggled yet again and even blushed a little but she then looked intently at your eyes and you could swear she batted her eyelashes flirtily a few times "In fact, some girls like that stuff. I wonder what Jen thinks about that..."

"Don't you friggin dare" You narrowed your eyes at her.

"What? We could ask around in the school and find out what girls would think about you calling them mommy, I think we could get some interesting answers" Lillian grinned.

"Can we ever have a normal morning without you being up to some insane shenanigans?" You groaned.

"Is water wet? There's your answer" Lillian smirked teasingly before she finally started eating after putting some ketchup on the eggs, as you devised this recipe to be enjoyed with ketchup and bread. You then sighed and started eating breakfast as well, you might only get 15 or 20 minutes of peace in the whole day if Lillian's behavior was anything to go by...
