There were thunderbolts and lightning, the sky was dark as the sun was ominously eclipsed and before you stood the mightiest foe of them all, the god that originated the power of summoning in itself, which you were now wielding against him: Zala Tasma, once called the Pious Holy Emperor when he reigned above all other gods along with his brother.
His inhuman appearance was more than enough of a giveaway of his actual nature. In spite of being a deity, he resembled demons more complete with horns and dark blue skin with bright flowing vein-like lines of glowing divine energy. This was it, the final battle upon which the fate of the entire universe rested, as this god's power was causing the fabric of reality to unravel, tearing space and time open at random, bringing untold chaos every time.
"Let's go, Summoner!" The rainbow-haired goddess Liddith said, standing by your side, gathering energy in her hands to form shields or to heal you. Your other faithful companions, spirits from the past summoned and reincarnated as heroes to fight alongside you were laying down, having been harshly beaten by this god's overwhelming power, even though you'd already gone above and beyond into enhancing their capabilities well far past anything the other gods were capable of. Only one of them stood next to you, still willing to fight: The beautiful blue-haired Boiw Mistress Reeva, your very first summon and the strongest one of them all.
She raised her bow and formed an arrow made of water, firing it at your foe and as she shot it, the arrow split into hundreds of smaller, needle-like arrows that turned into sharp ice. Zala Tasma deflected the incoming projectiles with his monstrous claws, indicating that the attack was enough of a threat.
You grabbed your sword, the most powerful weapon ever crafted: the Theos Ex Xyphos, a weapon made solely for god-slaying. You quickly unsheathed it and zigzagged your way towards Zala Tasma, dodging the powerful energy blasts he fired at Liddith, Reeva and yourself. Gathering the energy of all six elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Thunder, Light and Darkness and imbuing them into the sword you slashed with it and sent forwards a gigantic wave of bright golden energy that was too fast for the dark god to dodge, forcing him to block it. The energy wave shattered his shields with ease and made a powerful explosion. Once the smoke dissipated it could be seen that the god's arms were bleeding, although his blood was a glowing blue.
Reeva grabbed her two katanas and began a rapid assault on Zala Tasma, forcing him to defend. Liddith then performed some hand gestures and a massive volley of small diamond-shaped energy projectiles flew at him like a furious swarm of wasps, each hitting him with an explosion that left a noticeable burn afterwards. With him busy you managed to dash past him and just as he turned around to strike at you, you swung your sword downwards with all your might, slicing him in half vertically.
"I-Impossible!" The god's voice rapidly broke down, sounding more and more like erratic, inhuman screeching, distorting and booming in ways that denoted that this god was more of an abomination beyond the usual laws of nature. His two halves slowly slid away from each other "So, mankind wins..." Those were his parting words before he crumbled down into sparks of light that vanished quickly into the air. The world was free at last.
"You did it!" Liddith almost tackled you with a hug but she was quick to let go, looking at Reeva who somehow looked... embarrassed? "Didn't you say you were gonna go on a beach date with the Summoner after this was all over? Come on, I know a place where they sell the most gorgeous bikinis!" Liddith said, surprising Reeva further, making her let out a yelp of shock and disbelief as she started dragging her away by the arm.
You could only shake your head and laugh, as your summons and her were always up to some quirky shenanigans. You then realized they were leaving you behind and decided to run after them, however, just as you were trying to do so there was a deafening noise that sounded like thunder, plus an incredibly powerful wind that prevented you from moving forward. Worst of all, you found yourself surrounded by a noxious albeit invisible cloud, a terrible stench forced itself into your every breath.
'What the hell?! Is this another god's doing?! But I killed all the evil ones!' You then thought as the noise grew louder and louder, sounding more like some kind of revving engine, suspiciously similar to...
[Note: Yep, that was a dream sequence. It's actually based on an older route that I will eventually continue, which can be found here and it's a tribute to the now defunct Brave Frontier game. Its G/S&F version, dubbed "Courageous Borderland" is Blaise's canonical favorite game across all routes past and present. This was also a bit of a reference to the Daffy Duck Wizard thing]
Your eyes then opened wide all of sudden, forced back into reality much more harshly than anyone in the Matrix movies. Much to your indignation, what woke you up was exactly what you guessed. All it took was a quick glance to the side to find a fairly enormous behind, clad in shorts that were far too short for its plump, jiggling heft. Said derriere was the one that was currently blasting you with an equally massive fart that must've been going on for well over 15 seconds at this point.
"Goddammit Lillian!" You managed to say without taking in any air, not wanting to smell the stench that you were already familiar with through a lifetime of overabundant exposure.
"Good morning!" Lillian giggled "It looked like you were having a good dream so I had to stop you before you did anything funny" She started speaking just as her behind finally shut up.
"I dunno what you're talking about, my dreams aren't the perverted bullshit you imagine" You groaned, breathing through your mouth and coughing as even like that the smell was pretty bad.
"Hmm? Weren't you dreaming of maybe seeing your beautiful friends posing in bikinis for you at the beach?" Lillian turned around and gave you a smug grin.
"First of all, nope. Second, you literally did that this summer and somehow roped Cindy and Jen into it too... can't say I'm surprised with Zuemy also joining in, it's usually you or her starting up random shit" You sighed and shook your head.
"What were you dreaming of then, hmm?" She said.
"Does it even matter?" You replied, raising an eyebrow. Out of your friends Cindy was the only one who actually played the game but the rest at the very least did their dailies to help you and your guild.
"I'm your best friend, of course it matters!" Lillian crossed her arms. You really thought she wouldn't give a damn but you were proven wrong.
"I was just dreaming of the final battle in Courageous Borderland" You said, trying to downplay it "I'm hyped for it, it's gonna be the final part of the whole campaign! Can't wait for the new patch that will bring that"
"Oh" Lillian was in a way both surprised and not that surprised because she knew you were a big fan of the game but she was lowkey hoping you were dreaming of sexy stuff, specially if she was involved "The big bad guy, Rakna Tasma, right?"
"Unless you want spoilers I can't tell you" You chuckled. Lillian hadn't even cleared the 2nd grand arc yet so she was still under the assumption that the one behind everything was Rakna Tasma, the king of the gods and the one that had sealed Zala away to steal his powers.
"And speaking of spoiled stuff" You said "Did you really have to rip your morning fart in my face while I slept?"
"Would it have been better if I waited for you to wake up? You were getting my morning greeting one way or another" Lillian giggled. You sighed again and rolled your eyes, with her living right next door, being friends since you were babies and almost becoming an adopted daughter of your mom's it was no one's surprise that she had free access into your home and could come see you practically any time even if you were sleeping.
"Anyway it's Christmas Eve so you better start feeling the spirit!"
"The only spirits I'm experiencing right now are the dead souls of the many beans you ate last night" You replied, making her laugh some more.
"Now, if you excuse me... I'm not exactly presentable right now" You then said, as you were laying in bed and covered by its sheets but besides your t-shirt all you had on was a pair of boxers and even if you'd known Lillian all your life, you didn't like much to have her see you in your underwear, a point that you also had with your sister and mom, both of which argued you should be more of a free spirit like them as they felt free to roam around in their underwear whenever there was no one outside family at home.
"You see me in my undies all the time, just get out of the bed" Lillian giggled "Hell, we've taken baths together"
"IN KINDERGARTEN. IN KINDERGARTEN!" You said "Clarification is important! I swear you want to get me in trouble" You huffed.
"Tomayto Tomahto. Fact is you have no reason to be ashamed with your bestie" Lillian shrugged. However she did comply and turned around, making a spectacle of the otherwise mundane act of leaving your room, swaying her hips and making her already bouncy ass wobble and jiggle a whole lot more than was necessary. The view practically hypnotized you and the only time you realized you'd been enraptured by it was when you looked up and saw Lillian looking you with a teasing smirk, giving you a wink right before closing the door.
"What the hell did I just wake up into?" You asked out loud, not expecting any answers from above but if anyone responded it would've been neat.
