Veronica's shower of kisses came to an abrupt end when someone's footsteps echoed around the empty gym. Worriedly, Veronica's first thought was that Celeste had gotten up and looked at her, but she was still knocked out on the floor.
"If it's not her, then who..." Veronica muttered, but was cut off by a female voice loudly clearing her throat. She turned to see where the sound came from, and could only see a feminine silhouette in the shadows... but it was a large one, which definitely made her nervous. Almost entirely by reflex, she put you in her cleavage, where you could feel the temperature increase along with her heart's beating speed. She took a step back, and apparently, this was the shadowy figure's clue to step forward.
Veronica froze, she wasn't expecting anybody else to be around when she fought Celeste.
'Am I in trouble? I hope it's not a teacher... doesn't look like it's the Principal either...' She thought, noting that the silhouette had an hourglass-shaped body, but her hips were nowhere near as wide, nor her thighs as large as the Principal's, which were that way to accommodate and support her gigantic rear.
As the unknown figure walked closer and closer, what little sunlight that came from above, filtered by the thick clouds in the sky, gradually revealed her identity. Before Veronica stood a tall, curvy, pale-skinned, brown haired and hazel-eyed girl she instantly recognized. And the look in her eyes was not that one of amusement.
"J-Jen!" She exclaimed in surprise, and you were shocked by the revelation, as Veronica's shirt was only partially see-through from your current location, so you couldn't quite tell who she was. However, there was only silence, which made you both gulp in nervousness.
"Hello... what's up?" Veronica said, unsure what to do, and having no idea why Jen was giving her such a fierce glare.
"Hello" Jen said in an utterly serious, bone-chilling tone that you had never heard her voice in before.
"Uhh... hi... Did you forget something at the gym too?" She said, trying to find out Jen's motive for being here. But once again, silence. Yet, Jen's intense glared managed to convey to her that if she turned around and left, she'd really regret it.
"Yeah. Something important of mine." Jen replied, and her voice pretty much added 'And you damn well know what it is' with its tone. Still, Veronica didn't want to jump the gun, and wondered if she saw any of what transpired between Celeste and her. She knew Jen hated Celeste's guts, so, she figured she wouldn't mind that she beat her in a fight... but then again, as annoying as the brat was, she was Blaise's cousin.
"W-Well, I hope you find it. I need to go back to class..." Veronica knew she was risking it, but if there was any chance for her to get out of this awkward situation, she'd have to take it.
"Hold on a second" Jen said, and Veronica froze where she stood, mid-stride.
"I think you've got what I was looking for" She added, which made Veronica's heart race.
"Excuse me?" Veronica asked in a slightly shaky voice. She couldn't hide that she was nervous. Even if she was her senior, Jen was clearly superior in the physical sense, plus, she was already worn down from having to fight Celeste, but even if she weren't she doubted she'd stand much of a chance against her.
"Cut the crap, Veronica. You know exactly what I'm talking about" Jen crossed her arms, still giving her an intimidating glare.
"I don't think so" The redhead reluctantly replied. She was pushing her luck, but she really hoped she didn't know what happened before, not after she had finally gotten her second chance. Meanwhile, tucked in her cleavage, you were also shocked and felt tense by proxy, you had never seen Jen act like this, and it also made your heart race. Did she know about you?
"Really?" Jen asked with a serious expression and discreetly looked around, to make sure there was nobody else around.
"You really want me to say it then" She said rather darkly, and took a few steps towards Veronica, who turned to face her but also stepped back. She remained silent, unsure what to say, but also afraid of speaking. She found this odd, they had been on cordial terms before, she had no idea why she had suddenly turned hostile... well, there was one possibility...
Jen kept walking towards her, and Veronica in response walked backwards, and as she tried to flank her, she also turned so that she'd always be facing her. What she didn't initially realize was that Jen basically 'herded' her so that she'd be against a wall, her escape route to the hallway now blocked.
"You weren't the only one watching, Veronica" Jen said, making her heart skip a couple of beats.
"So... yeah... I know exactly what was going on" She then pointed at her chest.
"And I know what... no, more like... who is in your chest"
'Dammit!' Veronica mentally cursed her luck. Lillian had warned her that Jen was a competitor for Blaise's affections, but unlike Lillian herself, she didn't take kindly to having any more 'rivals', only accepting Lillian because of her long friendship with him, and the friendship she herself ended up developing with her. Still, she didn't run into her all that often, and as far as she knew, she didn't know she had already tried asking him out.
"Will you keep on pretending?" Jen raised an eyebrow. Veronica closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
"No. You're right..." She sighed "So, you knew" She said in a rather defeated tone, and Jen nodded in response.
"Why... why didn't you do anything then?" She asked with complete sincerity, looking her in the eyes for the first time.
"I was going to, but you stepped in before I did" Jen replied, her expression softening a little.
"You could've helped me" Veronica said
"I didn't want to risk hurting him... besides... I don't know you that much, I don't really trust you"
"Wha- That's unfair! I've never done anything mean to any of you guys!" Veronica felt personally attacked.
"You did something even worse..." Jen said, and this time Veronica was the one that raised an eyebrow in utter confusion, not noticing that Jen walked closer to her until she stood right before her, her large breasts being mere inches away from touching her own, though given the difference between their heights, just barely, as the upper side of Veronica's hardly reached the underside of Jen's.
"I have no idea what that's supposed to mean" Veronica said, feeling more intimidated as the larger girl's shadow covered her, and also felt a twinge of envy, seeing how badly her chest dwarfed her own.
"You're really bad at lying, you know?" Jen said with a faint smirk, taunting her, but Veronica simply gave her an annoyed glare, this time she had no idea what she could possibly mean.
"I know you asked him out" Jen said, leaning forward, pressing her body against Veronica's.
You couldn't believe how things were turning out, and it seemed surreal to see Jen become so hostile to anyone that wasn't Celeste, hell, even against Celeste she showed some restraint. But what was even more shocking was that you then were suddenly pressed by an enormous weight coming from the front, far greater than that of Veronica's chest.
Veronica couldn't believe her ears. Did Lillian betray her? It didn't sound likely, it was her who even let her know of Jen in the first place, and she didn't seem to be the kind of person to backstab others.
"I know what you're thinking... and no, Lillian didn't tell me. But I have my ways" Jen's voice now sounded more threatening, chilling Veronica to the bone. She had no words to answer that, and all she could do was try to squirm free, but Jen leaned forward even more, pressing her against the wall with more of her weight.
"Trying to escape?" Jen sounded as if she were a cat toying with her prey, or at least that was the vibe Veronica herself got.
"Y-You're crushing him!" Veronica protested and Jen's eyes widened.
"Oh shit" She muttered and stopped leaning on Veronica, which also let her catch her breath, as it was getting difficult to do so.
Worried that you may have been hurt, against her better judgement, Veronica pulled you out of her cleavage and checked you to make sure you weren't hurt, which was a tad difficult for her given your height. Meanwhile, Jen stared in fascination at your tiny form. Seeing you only helped her to reassure herself that what she had seen was real, and became all the more determined to get you back.
"Is he alright?" She asked with genuine concern
"Yeah, he's okay" Veronica replied with no hesitation, as she was caught off-guard by the whole situation. There were a few tense minutes of uncomfortable silence, not even you could dare to speak, feeling pretty unsafe despite being on Veronica's hand. It was odd, normally, you'd be the happiest upon seeing Jen, but under such circumstances, and with how she acted so far, you weren't quite sure
"Well...?" Jen suddenly said, holding her hand out, it was clear that she was pretty much demanding her to hand you over to her. You looked into Veronica's eyes, and you could see many things in them, frustration, fear, despair, and maybe a hint of anger. You turned around and looked at Jen's eyes, their hazel irises were as beautiful as ever, but the way they glared into Veronica's made you shudder...

[Chapter choice notes]: Please try to leave the possibility for either outcome in the choices 3 and 4. Blaise would have to choose either girl, or, if you can think up of a good reason, they could agree to share him. As for choice 4, it's not very likely for Veronica to defeat Jen in a fight, but you could still have her somehow do so.
"If it's not her, then who..." Veronica muttered, but was cut off by a female voice loudly clearing her throat.
