You free-fall, past their bodies, down below their legs and collide with the surface of a shiny black pump. As you try to come to bearings, you realize you're on your doctor Elizabeth's shoe! Why is she even wearing pumps to a hospital?
You have a hard time seeing the faces of your two current giantesses, far above you, like clouds.

"Right! Caro - Mrs. Carolyn C-Carolyn. And where is your son, Jake Carolyn...? Um."

"I, er - honey? Where are you?"

Carolyn digs through her purse. "Oh, I'm sorry. He was right here, he was, in, my, um, ...my hand." But her hands were empty. "Oh no... Oh, don't tell me you've sat on him again or something. I'm terribly sorry doctor."
Elizabeth just laughed. "I haven't sat down yet, ma'am! Now, I'm sure Jake is around here somewhere."
"Ugh. I'll kill that kid..." Carolyn gets down on her knees to search the floor for you. Elizabeth follows suit, and soon the two are searching every nook and cranny for you in the room. You, on the other hand, are clawing and biting at Elizabeth's socked foot, trying to get her attention, and trying to hold on as she moves about.
"God, my shoe is so itchy," she says, reaching down at her pump...
