Nanao notices Ichigo in her tea before sipping

Nanao anticipated the familiar taste of her favorite tea as the cup approached her lips. Ichigo, resigning himself to his fate and the futility of his efforts, screamed one last insult in frustration at Nanao’s ascending direction before he would flood into her mouth along with her tea. “YOU FOUR-EYED BOOKWORM!”
Nanao froze and her eyebrow rose after hearing the offending comment, she slowly pulled back the cup and peered down into the circular pool with an annoyed expression.
The flood reversed as Ichigo managed to kick off a wall to the surface and jump to the top of the cup with the leverage of the current, his arms hanging across the edge of the outside of the cup slightly while catching his breath. He heard a low-pitched growl from above and coughed upwards in the direction of one very annoyed Nanao Ise.
“GET ME OUT OF HERE! YOU HAVE TO HELP ME! COME ON ALREADY!” Ichigo screamed up at Nanao’s face in hopes of rescue, but with a mean tone.
Nanao continued to death glare at the incredibly rude figure that had insulted her and persisted in barking orders for assistance without him noticing her expression.
After Ichigo took a break from yelling at Nanao and a few seconds of silence had passed while she stared directly at him hanging across the edge of the inside of the cup, he resumed his screaming; but with more force to his voice. “ARE YOUR OWL GLASSES TOO THICK!? HOW DO YOU NOT SEE-“
Ichigo was cut off as the top he hung across was pushed against him than suddenly stopped, causing recoil. He belly-flopped hard on the surface of the pool from a great distance and sunk. He screamed underwater in pain from the force and position he had landed in. He tried to suppress the stinging pain across his body and reach the surface, but he was unable to as the current swished and swirled him around like an underwater whirlwind.
Nanao’s expression remained unchanged before and after she had jerked the cup in his opposite direction to send him flying, lowered the cup beneath where he would land down to the table, pulled the cup up fast at the right time so he would slam on the surface, and tilted the cup in a circular stirring motion repeatedly.
Nanao was too annoyed and occupied with the rude person she was continuing to swirl in her cup to notice the splash of tea she spilt on the table. She concentrated as if she was reading a book and didn’t notice everyone in the room staring at her curiously.
“Ms. Nanao, you must be more careful.” Retsu Unohana took the initiative, standing up and walking over toward Ms. Nanao with a motherly aura, holding a napkin in her hand and approaching her to clean up the mess of spilt tea on the table.
Retsu looked at Nanao up close in puzzlement while Retsu’s napkin in her hand wiped up the tea. “Ms. Nanao...are you ok?” Retsu asked in a tone of concern as she watched Nanao continue to tilt her cup in a circular motion while she starred into the ripples and bubbles popping along the surface.
Nanao’s hand stopped as she heard Retsu speak and she turned slowly to face her after hearing Retsu’s question. Nanao prepared to speak with a cold, emotionless expression while her other hand raised to her glasses, as if she were daring to remove them as everyone in the meeting gulped in her direction before she spoke:
