"Uh...hello!" A voice rang out from the foyer, which Vergel was compelled to address. Spitfire shrugged and found the remote to the living room's television, and began to channel surf.
Vergel's house's front door was already open, laying on the foyer floor, its hinges having been ripped from the wall. In front of the rectangular hole that was once a doorframe was senior wing commander Rainbow Dash. The cerulean colored pony stood at least eleven feet tall with shoulders that could take up a highway lane, an imposing shadow casting the human in darkness. Still, the formidable pony contorted her cherubic face into a smile. "Hello there! Are you Vergel?" Her tone was friendly but direct with not a hint of presumption.
The human slowly nodded, trying to adapt to the rapidly changing situation he found himself in. "My name's Rainbow Dash! Sorry that I wasn't here with Captain Spitfire earlier - me and Soarin had to fly because trucks are for the 'important' officers." Spying her superior in the living room, she cackled at the smirk she had received, revealing a muzzle full of teeth resembling mountains more than digestive aids. The simple laughter quaked and jiggled an enormous belly that could fit a human family of five if the pony was spiteful enough. The same uniform desperately covered the ample food storage area that Spitfire carried, colored a lighter shade of blue. A name tag that claimed 'Dash' was indeed the pony's name clung loosely to the fabric like a steely landing strip in an ocean of blue drapery that had come undone amid a tsunami produced from the fat below the sea.
"Uhh, nice to meet you...Rainbow Dash. Listen, there's a bit of a problem." The human tapped the points of his index fingers together as he nervously stammered. "I'm happy to serve when Equestria calls on me to do so, but...I was under the impression that I would only be accommodating 'one' officer of the air force." A frown settled over Rainbow Dash.
"Well, I'm sorry to hear that, Mister Vader, but it says here..." She brought her hand down into the yawning canyon of flesh that was her bosom, fishing around for a few moments in the pale blue flesh before fishing out a folded paper. It was a copy of the register of all the houses that would be enlisted for 'civilian barracks.' "...that your house has two bedrooms. So, with Captain down in the living room, I don't see why-"
"No." The human said on reflex, bringing a hand to his mouth the moment he realized what he said. "I mean...th-that - my pa...my parents' room, and..." Vergel trailed off, internally noting how he was coming across as a stubborn child two the massive mountain of a pony.
"I understand, man, but I'm not sleeping in the garage, or the backyard or what have you, and neither is Soarin when he gets here. So, whether you like it or not, we're staying here. Is that going to be a problem?" Rainbow furrowed her brow, yet her gaze was somewhat sympathetic.
"N-no, ma'am...I'll show you to your room, then..." The human looked poleaxed, dreading going up the stairs and down that hallway for the first time in years. He hadn't been inside that room since they had died.
"Well, hold on now, there's time for that later, little dude!" The pony's smile returned, smirking as she eyed up the man like he was on the menu. A pink mass parted her lips in an upward motion, sweeping across her fur that danced with the moist contact as Rainbow Dash licked her chops. Vergel remained frozen as that same tongue returned to its confines - he swore her loud stomach was flirting with him. "I was hoping I could kick back a little, maybe grab a bite? It's been a long flight, so..."
"...what?" Vergel felt dread creeping up his spine.
"So, make my food. Dude, did you read the pamphlet?" Rainbow elaborated.
Vergel felt his eyes were going to shoot out of his skull and penetrate the pony's thick hide, dropping him to his knees. "I thought I did! Why is this so complicated for me?!" Rainbow smirked and fished around in her bosom again to bring out a copy of the leaflet. She held up the piece of paper like it was a legally binding document to the human, which it was, letting a finger direct his gaze.
"It says right here at the bottom. 'The host is responsible for attending to the needs and wants of the commissioned officers, including, but not limited to; sustenance, entertainment, emotional support, general health, blah blah blah. It's your job to provide the best possible experience for us for as long as we stay here."
"So... what does that make me?" Vergel cocked his head to read the fine print.
"Officially, you are a transitional non-commissioned officer in service to the Equestrian Air Force. But honestly, you're our...manservant? Is that the word?"
"I prefer the term 'majordomo.'" Spitfire interjected from the living room. "It sounds less degrading."
"Please go away." Vergel finally managed to say; the color drained from his face.
Rainbow shrugged her mighty shoulders in response, "I didn't write it." Hearing the television drone in the background, Dash's interest was piqued at the idea of kicking back with her new butler. "So, what are we watching?"
"I'm watching TV; you are leaving." A skinny finger sprang from Vergel's hand in the direction opposite of his life.
With the swiftness of an apex predator, a massive hand encased itself around Vergel's relatively fragile frame. She then hoisted him effortlessly into the heavens like the human was made of feathers. Bringing him to her chubby muzzle, she replied with a wink. "Well, you can either be chow or my new chew toy, you pick!" She chuckled jokingly. "Look, it's a binding settlement; there's nothing I can do about it. But in the meantime, I say let's enjoy ourselves! You work hard; I work hard; let's kick back together!" The, in comparison, diminutive human violently kicked and failed in Rainbow Dash's firm grasp. A few punts found their way to the cerulean horse's vast food chamber, but it was reminiscent of trying to kick a field goal with a bowling ball.
"What's happening?! Why is this happening?!" Vergel babbled, dazed, much to Spitfire's amusement, which she tried to hide, in vain.
"Whoa...nice place!" Rainbow Dash lurched forward into Vergel's home with the human still imprisoned in the meaty appendage, kicking and screaming, taking the rest of the door frame with her that Spitfire hadn't taken. The massive hips surrounded by hundreds of pounds of muscle and fat did no favors for the flimsy drywall, acting more like a bulldozer assigned to a demolition site. Once inside Vergel's cozy nook, she shrugged the piece of the house off of her body while the floor desperately tried to be of service to the twelve hundred pounds of equine meat standing on it. "Oh my Celestia, I love this show!" Rainbow Dash made a b-line for the new leather sofa Vergel has just purchased, trampling the carpet as she did so. The human tried frantically to stop the behemoth, but it was of no use.
He felt himself begin to succumb to the violent rapids of helplessness being carried away in its currents. Dropping Vergel at her feet from a tremendous height, it felt like a fall from a third-story window. Vergel saw the pale cerulean pegasus' muscular calves and ankles, the size of concrete pillars, heave and flex, anchored by colossal muscle fibers. "Ahh, much better. Flying's excellent, but it feels nice to give the old wings some rest!
Her massive rump heaved and swayed, getting into position to take a much-deserved rest from the flight to Vergel's little village. Two colossal continents fought for position while precious oxygen was evacuated from the area as half of Spitfire's entourage's rear-end descended in slow motion, brutally shoving the atmosphere out of the way. If the leather sofa could talk, it would have screamed, seeing the bear attempt to occupy its meager seating surface. Once contact was made, the plush cushions did their best to please Rainbow Dash but ultimately failed, passing the responsibility onto the wooden frame and legs that aided the flimsy structure. The challenge was accepted; it immediately regretted its decision, bowing and flexing violently while the rigid foundation cracked and splintered to pieces.
To Rainbow Dash, the couch was pretty comfy despite the piece of furniture protesting about the thousand pounds of mammal it was forced to support. Vergel wanted to faint; it wasn't even close to being paid off. "Ahh, I think I'm going to like hanging out here!" Her massive rear end fidgeted, trying to get comfortable on the couch she claimed as her own. "This is super comfy. Although small..."
Suddenly, Vergel felt another tremor under his feet, this time the source coming from outside his home. "Oh, there's Soarin," Rainbow Dash grinned. "Hey, Soarin! Come on in!" As if Vergel needed another equine in his life, the wooden floor creaked and bounced with the Richter scale pinging intensity. He watched with his mouth agape as a humongous pony with a coat of pale cornflower blue, emerald eyes, draped with muscle and fat, rumbled inside, demolishing another portion of the wall Rainbow hadn't already smashed. The new horse paradoxically sported a friendly smile and waved an arm out in greeting to the human.
"Hello," he said, "my name's Soarin! It's nice to meet you!" The pony's brilliant green eyes examined the room, "You've got a nice place!" Never wanting to be rude, Soarin strolled further into the living room and offered his meaty hand to the huddled Vergel, prompting the human to recoil and push further back until finding himself cornered.
