That left a whole bunch of questions related to personal safety up in the air. Honestly, it seemed like too much of a hassle to go down that path.
As for mind reading... honestly, it sounded cool, but you'd probably go insane after a few weeks if it was the kind of power that you couldn't turn off. Being able to pick up on people's thoughts every now and then was handy, but... having a constant, unstoppable stream of info flowing into you 24/7 would drive you nuts!
That just left Perception alteration and Size Manipulation. Both of them sounded good, and it was a bit of a struggle to figure out which one you you wanted. You figured you wouldn't get the chance to make another decision, so you'd have to be absolutely certain about what choice you made here.
After all, if this wasn't just some bizarre fever dream, and was actually happening to you... then this was possibly the most important decision of your life! You weren't looking at stats on a screen for some game you were playing- this was real life, your life! And... if you fucked up and made a bad decision, then that new life could very definitely come to a sudden, probably painful end!

And on a lighter note- keeping in line with the game... well, making Izumi's massive boobs snap her bra and burst out of her shirt would be humorous, but she'd probably kick your balls up into your skull if she caught you doing something like that!
Likewise... it was a good rule of thumb to consider that most people probably wouldn't appreciate you screwing with their bodies without their consent. Just something to keep in mind.

You're basically scraping the last dregs of energy out of it's metaphorical battery before it dies. So on that note, your powers work in a much simpler way than you might think. To use your power- all you have to do is think really hard about something changing size, and it'll do so. But! Whatever you're thinking about has to be something in your line of sight that you can either see OR know is there, and that you have a clear vision of. You can't just make something in the corner of your eye grow or shrink. So no imagining Hitomi Tanaka growing into a giantess, unless she's standing right in front of you.)))
