Okay, are you wishing to change yourself in some way? Maybe by making a wish that alters Shujin (the protagonist's canon name) in some way? Or maybe changing the relationship you have with one of the girls?
1. You're changing yourself! But how?
NOTE: This choice is deliberately pretty vague but avoid doing something 'simple' like giving yourself a new skill or something. This choice should be for if you want to do something that majorly affects/will affect the relationship you have with the heroines, such as making the protagonist a delinquent gang leader instead of being a normal student. (That's an example taken from the newgame+ description from Kickstarter.)
2. Make a wish- maybe one of the girls is now/has always been (in the altered universe) your stepsister or something.
3. Some other kind of wish that affects you?
