Heh, you'd just had a neat idea. One that you honestly could've seen implemented in the actual game.
All of the heroines would still start with their normal bust measurements... but each time you gained affection with them, it would increase their bust sizes!
Thinking it over...
You really liked the idea! But of course, first you had to set some limits. You didn't want something ridiculous to happen, like one single event/scene causing one of the girl's boobs to inflate like balloons. The game was all about slowly building a relationship with your targeted heroine(s,) so you wanted your wish to reflect that.
Grasping the wishstone firmly, you brought it up to your forehead.
Each time I gain affection with one of the girls, her bust measurement will increase.
There. Nice and simple. Something told you it was probably better not to be too wordy with this wish, you didn't want to confuse the wishstone.
Your room suddenly began to shake violently, the sea of stars outside the window growing distorted as your vision started to blur...

It had worked. You'd entered the world of Harem Protagonist. That whole thing last night hadn't been some crazy dream brought on by eating something bad right before going to bed!

Had your other wish taken effect too? You found it hard to believe, but you held out hope.

"Holy-" Jumping at the voice appearing out of nowhere, you put a hand to your chest, trying to get your heartrate under control. Right, you'd almost forgotten about the narrator. Whoops.

15 minutes later, you were finishing your bowl of unremarkable cereal and making a mental note to go grocery shopping later. The milk in your fridge was almost expired, and other than the lone box of cereal in the pantry, there wasn't too much food in your house. Well, apartment. Shujin had lived in a house in-game, but it seemed that you were living your new life alone.
Oh well. Time to get started!
Checking the calendar in the small kitchen of your apartment, you noticed that...
1) It's a weekday, better get to school! (Canon heroine encounter on way to school)
2) It's a weekday, better get to school! (Crossover character encounter)
3) It's the weekend! Might as well explore the town and get your shopping done! On the way to the grocery store... You run into one of the canon heroines... who already knows you?! Seems this version of Shujin already knows some of the girls from the game!
