You're at Eastview City, a massive collection of tall buildings divided into several districts farther away from your home via walking distance.

Unsure where to go, you decided to go here to the City to look around for anywhere you might use the Shrink-ray. 

That might sound dangerous and reckless, since lots of people are here and the chance of you getting caught with this tech is very high if you used it on such a crowded environment, if it weren't for the fact that Eastview City only has less than 1.000 people currently living in there.

This large city is practically empty if you go here pretty early as well. Meaning the area is devoid of people, except for a single person you've spotted near the City's centre, a fountain in front of the Mayor's Office in a roundabout section
