Nadia Takes You to the Bathroom Three Wishes chapter 53 by northgate_1

Nadia takes you to a bathroom which is the size of a bedroom and has an oversized tub which is filled with hot water.  The tub has different levels that allow someone to soak of sit on the side with seating built in.  You also notice the water is recirculating and must be kept hot with a heater.  There are also jets for a whirlpool around the edges.  Nadia settles into the deepest part so her breasts are mostly submerged.

She looks at you and says "You know little one, this is the best scenario for both of us.  I can not have another man or leave this country or I will lose my inheritance due to my husband's jealousy.  I would love to jet off to Paris and party but I am a prisoner here.  You my little friend will lack for nothing with me but you too must stay.   At least we will have each other."

You realize somehow you are no longer anywhere in the world where you can escape and you are this woman's pet for the rest of your life.   She sets you down on her breast and relaxes.  You don't know what to say.  She is right that if you are stuck at this size this isn't a bad situation but you don't want to be someone's pet and sex toy.  You also heed Malia warning and don't want to irritate her with your demand to be let free.

She playfully gives you a little push and you tumble into the water and need to tread water to stay afloat.  She looks at you and muses "My husband was such a tyrant.  I wish it was him  small and helpless as a toy for me to play with but I guess you will have to do.  At least you are younger and better looking than him."  She uses her finger to dunk you in the water.   "It would be so much fun to play with him and make him beg me to stop."   

She keeps dunking you and you say "Please Mistress, stop."  She laughs says "Yes, just like that.  I like to hear you beg me.  Now swim to my breast."  You swim over to her and she raises herself out of the water just enough to have her nipple emerge.  "Kiss it" she orders you and you hold on to it and start kissing it but she slides back down into the water submerging you.  You let go and come back to the surface but she scolds you and says "I didn't tell you to stop."  She moves back up and says "Again" and you kiss her nipple again but this time she goes down you have to keep kissing her underwater until you can't take any more.  "Poor little man" she says as she picks you up and sets you on a seat on the side of the tub that only has a little water that you can sit on without having to swim.

When she is done bathing she gets up and dries herself.  She dons a luxurious robe and then picks you up and dries you before depositing you in her robe's pocket.  She goes back to her bedroom and says "It has been a long day so..."
