We all have routines that help us start the day, but is there one that helps us end it as well? Of course there is. For me, it's meditation:

----- A state of concentration on the reality of the present moment---(I am a mother goddess of billions and billions of sons and daughters who receive life and sustenance through me).

----- A state experienced when the mind dissolves and is free of any thoughts---(today I will relax and focus on listening to my ideas and supplications, my own, and those of my children who will come to me).

----- A concentration in which the attention is freed from its ordinary activity and is focused inward---(my innumerable sons and daughters who live, move and feed within me).

----- Focusing the mind on a single object of perception---(their soft whispers that I listen to, the fruit of my many children that with firmness and devotion, in front of my eardrum, talk to me.)

All these good habits at bedtime have calmed me down and relieved me of stress. It has been of utmost benefit to my little ones as it has relaxed my whole system, and consequently my heart is calmer, making it less noisy for the inhabitants of my left breast. My blood flow has decreased, reducing the shocks and crashes of the underwater vessels circulating throughout my arteries and veins. My muscles have relaxed to a minimum, decreasing tensions and allowing the different workers to extract and collect the body fat in my thighs and hips, which keeps me in shape. I have developed an enviable waist and hips without the need to go to the gym. Meditation... it is the prelude to a healthy and comfortable sleep all night long and it is the signal to my children who live mostly on the surface, that the day has begun and they can go out to work, raise their children and even enjoy some leisure time throughout my entire planetary body. Yes, you heard me. They are active at night and rest during the day. While I sleep and have pleasant dreams, cars, trains and planes are moving across my skin and inside my body until the hands of the clock strike 7:00 AM, the hour when I wake up and start my day.

What would become of my body and my children if I had not developed these good habits? I probably would not have a beautiful, sculpted body and my citizens would not be as peaceful and dedicated.

Fortunately, my body is a divine paradise for them. Thousands of Microputians and Lilliputians arrive almost every night and settle in my body parts based on their preference and size. A few hundred Gulliverians have arrived, to whom I assigned to settle in my crotch as guardians of my private parts and as tour guides of my pubic and genital region.

I must admit, that my Gulliverian children have been very helpful in the colonisation process. Due to their colossal size (4900 times bigger than a Microputian), I can just barely see them. They are eager to perform their service and help out their siblings, especially my eldest children, the twins, Fred and George.

Tonight will be another momentous occasion for me, as I will ask them to guide the small contingent that will leave the Aquarium they were raised in and live on my pubic mound on one of the many hairs that make up the pubic village.

I just got out of the shower, completely naked. There was no need to put on my panties. They would impede the progress of the tour and I want my children to visualize from very high up their incredible mother and the fantastical world that will be their new home. I try to make it a unique experience for them, because I doubt they will ever see me from such an incredible height. I lay down on my bed and leaned on my pillow. My eyes are focused on the little blue marble that hangs under the ceiling of my room. I see that it begin to glow. That means that the launch has started. My children are coming!

"Fred. George. Your brother and sisters are coming. Please go out and welcome them" I speak to them softly. I felt a little tingle from within my pubic forest. It was my boys, who heard my message. The ships were approaching my body. I had barely managed to visualize them, no bigger than a fruit fly. They were approaching...
