White, hot sparks exploded from either side of the size changing cannon. The ground quaked as energy travelled through the substation causing a few transformers to explode. Beams of yellow light with sprinkles in it, struck both Jacob and Seth at the same time.
Seth felt fantastic. As if, every cell in his body danced with excitement. Then it felt like his cells shrivelled. The atoms in his body disappearing. The world expanding around him. Something wasn’t right.
The Gulliverian workers screamed at each other as the cannons faulted. The electrical substation popped and erupted in flames. The cannons stopped firing and swivelled within their platform. More sparks and rays of light shot out in every direction. Three Gulliverians were sliced in half as the rays of light acted like high beam lasers. Another explosion came from the underground aquifer causing everyone to lose their footing.
Except Jacob. “Wow.” Was all he said as he stood still. The Gulliverians ran around his feet as if they were on fire. In fact, some of them were on fire. “Hey I didn’t shrink guys.”
Jacob watched as the substation shot out a firework display of lights and sparks. The cannons were going haywire with steam popping out from his rivets. The guns then seemed to melt. The black metal of the cannons turned orange as they reached a melting hot temperature. The ground underneath the cannons seemed to sink as the cannons went were sucked into the earth.
“That doesn’t look right.” Jacob still hadn’t moved.
The cannons sunk into the ground as fissures cracked throughout the tarmac. A few unlucky Gulliverian workers fell into these fissures as they webbed outwards from each cannon. Looking into the crack of the fissures, Jacob could see molten lava deep underground.
“Somebody help me!” Seth yelled out, but he was far too small and the sounds of the catastrophe going on were far too great.
Jacob felt strange. He felt the presence of Seth nearby but couldn’t see him on the ground. The area he was standing was still there. It had a little red X where Seth once stood.
“Are you there tiny dude?” Jacob knelt down but couldn’t see a thing. “If you’re there, don’t move.” Jacob bore his fingers into the ground far from the little red X. He then pulled up, taking a huge chunk of land—the size of dinner plate—up with him. “I hope I got you.”
Jacob walked off the island and entered the ocean—the waterline was just above his pelvic bone. More explosions went off on the island, as it seemed to sink on itself. Some of the smarter Gulliverians escaped and jumped into the ocean. The unfortunate ones, like Louis, were caught up by the unexpected fissures and fell straight to hell.
“That wasn’t supposed to happen. Was it?” Jacob asked the slab of land between his mighty fingers. If Seth were on the slab of land, neither of them would hear each other because they weren’t wearing any headsets.
Jacob spotted a large Gulliverian yacht and waded off towards it. “Ahoy!” He heard the ship’s captain shout out.
“Yo.” Jacob said. “Hey dudes, there was an accident on that island. You should call the military or something.”
“Oh my god,” Evelyn came to the railing of the yacht and looked out in fear. She couldn’t see the island from where they were out in the ocean. “Is Seth okay?”
“I can’t hear you guys.” Jacob shook his head.
The crew of the yacht went to the stern of the ship and opened up a hidden compartment in the ground, revealing one Brobby size earpiece. Jacob held the slab of land carefully as he put in the one earpiece into his left ear.
“Can you hear me now?”
“I hear you.” Evelyn shouted. “What happened? Where’s Seth.”
“Uhm, I don’t know what happened. We were about to the size change thing when everything went ape shit.”
“Where’s Seth?”
“Was that the guy that was trading sizes with me? I think he’s on the piece of cement I pulled from the ground.” Jacob lowered the slab of land next to the yacht.
Evelyn looked at the flat piece of tarmac and didn’t see her husband anywhere. “I don’t see him anywhere.”
“I think he shrunk.”
Evelyn motioned Jacob to bring the piece closer to the ship. She climbed on top and dropped to her knees. She looked at every inch of the tarmac, looking for her husband. “Oh my god, Seth!” Jacob twitched as he heard Evelyn’s squeal. She scooped up her one-inch husband from the floor and lifted him to his eyes. “What happened?”

Jacob followed the yacht back to the docks. Seth didn’t say anything. He couldn’t come to terms with what happened. He was sitting on the palms of his petite wife. Evie of all people looked like a giantess to him!
“Damn my dick looks huge.” Jacob said as he walked up on shore. He then let out a laugh. “You know what? I think my dick got bigger because Seth shrunk. Haha, what luck, huh?”
Seth’s nose flared as he heard the dumb giant talk.
“Hey ship guys, can you call my girlfriend and tell her where I’m at?”
Jacob gave the number to the crew. They dialled the number and patched his headset to the call.
“It’s going to be okay dear.” Evelyn tried to console her tiny husband. “You’re still big in my books.”
“Don’t patronize me, Evie.”
“Sorry. It’s not like I called you tiny.”
Seth wanted to jump off her hand and strangle her neck. But as it stood, Evelyn was large enough to swallow him whole.
“Hey Samantha.” Jacob said. “There was an accident…I’m at the Gulliverian docks…yea…yea…that’s fine…see you later.”
“We need to try this again, Jacob.” Seth said. Anyone with an earpiece could hear Seth’s voice. “I can’t stay this small. I’m supposed to be huge right now.”
“Yea, don’t worry little dude.”
“Don’t call me little!” Seth screamed as he kicked Evelyn’s thumb.
“Ow.” Evelyn jerked her hand back, letting Seth fall on her bare thighs. “No kicking.” Evelyn smiled as she looked at her pissed off husband between her legs. She wore a bikini and even the fabric covering her pussy was larger than Seth was.
Evelyn and Jacob made small talk while waiting on his girlfriend. The crew of the yacht was busy docking the ship. “Oh, I see my girlfriend now.”
“Your girlfriend is a Brobby?” Evelyn asked.
“Yea.”
“And she was okay with you being a Gulliverian.”
“Oh yea, she’s totally cool with it. She has a thing for Gulliverians.” Jacob started to wave at someone in the distance. “Hey Amanda, over here.”
“Amanda?” Evelyn and Seth asked at the same time.
“I thought Samantha was the name of your girlfriend?” Seth asked.
“Oh no, she’s just a friend. She picked up Amanda’s phone earlier.”
“It can’t be our Amanda.” Seth asked his wife. “Can it?”
Evelyn’s heart started to race. She was at a loss for words. She looked up and nearly pissed herself when she saw those familiar toes crash onto the beach.
“Hi Evie.” Amanda said with a toothy smile.
