She Opens the Lid
After a few minutes of pushing with all your might against the corner, you feel the container move suddenly. Your elation is short-lived, however, when you realize it’s not caused by your efforts. Ms. Hall is simply picking up the tubberware. She effortlessly does the thing you could not do: open the lid.
You stare up at her grinning face.
“Hello,” she toys.
You instinctively back away as far as you can from her large beaming mouth, but you cannot not go far. She tips the container over, sliding you onto her waiting palm. She brings you closer to her ominous mouth.
