"You did a great work Tails." Vanilla said through the intercom while rubbing her belly. "Can't wait to meet your new sibling, Creamy." Vanilla said in a playful way
Inside of her, Tails and Cream were once again inside of the ship but before growing back, the egg, just like Rouge's, began to subdivide and form into a blob then attached itself into the uterine wall, Vanilla was officially pregnant by his child, confirming this he shrunk the ship back to the original size they got in and went back through Vanilla's cervix and back outside and within Rouge's womb, growing back on the front of Vanilla who began to dress back to her normal attired.
Opening up, he let Vanilla in and flew around the womb.
Deciding that it was enough, Tails formed a portal with the ship and went through it returning back to his workshop's sub-terrain hangar and normal sized.
He and the Rabbits got off the ship.
"Ok... Since I impregnated Rouge, it is better if I lay low for now." Tails said
"Why?" Cream said in confusion.
"Because I made Rouge Pregnant, what she'll think the moment she gives birth to a small fox?"
"Or a Bat but You're right Tails, she will know but only if you act suspiciously out of character. Laying low like that will only make Rouge suspect on you and connect the dots.." Vanilla say then smiled "Besides act normal and she won't suspect a thing, she'll likely think that Eggman did to impair her spying abilities."
"I hope you alright." Tails said a bit unsure.
"Besides, I think it is better if we wait for a few days before going into another person."
"You mean..."
"Yes Creamy, we'll be in another adventure with Tails." Vanilla said although the fox didn't know how to respond but he smiled, their company was nice and their adventure within Rouge was nice and enjoyable.
