Tails thought it would be interesting to see what happens when a belly is full of food. Eventually the food was getting digested bit by bit, but Tails then noticed that he was being pushed down her small intestine, then to her big intestine.
Back with Rouge, she's having a bath.
"Mmhmm, how relaxing it is to wash myself. I wonder when I'll find another Chaos Emerald around here? I would love to bring it with me in a bath too."

Rouge then felt pressure in her rear, she released a big fart in the bath. She had to go REALLY badly!
