Amy groaned, knowing that she can't pull whatever was in her out. She took the screw out, and placed it on the bathroom counter. Tails decided to fly onto her headband so he could get a better view, wanting to take a break from exploring inside. Amy then heard the phone ring...
"Oh, hello Cream! How are you?"
{"I'm fine. Mom is heading out of the area until tomorrow, so she wanted to know if you could babysit me."}
"Sure, I'd love to! Why wouldn't I want to spend time with a friend of mine?"

Amy put the phone back down. She was going to have to hide her expanding belly for a while.
-10 Minutes Later...-
Vanilla had already arrived with Cream, and left Amy in charge of babysitting her. After she was leaving, Cream noticed Amy's belly.
"Amy, why is your belly so big? It's not lunch time yet."
"Oh, that. I was feeling really gassy today and for some odd reason it feels like a cork is blocking it up."
"Do you need my help with it?"
Amy thought about this for a moment. Yes, she could help, but at the same time she wasn't sure about it. But she and Cream are friends, and she remembered that Cream once saw her in her underwear.
"Sure, Cream. You can help."
Amy got the screw again and twisted it into her anus. She then told Cream that she needs to pull as hard as she could. Tails wanted to get a batter look, so he shrunk down and flew onto Cream's shoulder, barely visible to the naked eye. That's when Cream started pulling...
"Oh, hello Cream! How are you?"
