Tails couldn't get out of the snot, he was gonna have to face the fact that he was going to be sneezed out. Sally's nose was still itching, and she tried to stop it but failed. Sally grabbed a tissue, and then...
"ah...Ah...ACHOOOO!"
Sally sneezed, causing her snot, including Tails, to go shooting out of her nostrils. Sally blew her nose and suddenly realized that Tails wasn't in her body. She looked at the tissue saying...
"Tails, you didn't do that on purpose did you?"
"No, Sally! It was an accident!"
"Well...alright. Let's put you back in my body."
She placed Tails in her mouth and swallowed. Sending Tails back into her stomach. Night falls, and Tails was sort of upset that he has to leave Sally's body, but at least he had fun. He goes to sleep in the stomach, with Sally wishing him goodnight.
