Somehow... you saw.. a cave in the stomach?

That's when you spotted it. The normally smooth unbroken lining of the stomach curved inward in a single place that dipped into an alcove, essentially a hole that looked deep enough to be entered and wide enough for you to walk into.

Desperate for a way out and fearing that the resistance to stomach acid wouldn't last, you didn't question the appearance of the strange abnormality but instead welcomed it, as it might be able to at least give you a safer place from which to plan your next move.

You clung to the last bit of cake that was slowly dissolving beneath you and frantically paddled with your hands toward the stomach wall.
It didn't take you long for you to reach it as it was relatively near and as soon you were closer, you basically jumped onto the fleshy 'shore' and in time too, the last piece of the pastry you used to support yourself was nothing but sinking mush now, you sighed in relief but now looked on the pulsing tunnel on the stomach, you didn't question it's appearance or how it was there, was always there before? Only the barest of questions but all your survival instincts come to you first before any form of rational thought, you simply made your way there in a rush and even went further inside and into its dark, cavernous depth.
Your feet squished against the soft moist ground as you made your way further inward. Distantly you could hear the loud groaning and grumble of Cup Cake's bodily functions and dripping coming from both behind and in front of you. The air was dank and loaded with moisture to the point where some of it collected on your clothes and face leaving you slightly damp. It was a miracle that you could still breathe in here despite the closed-off space, yet another blessing that you'd accrued over the length of your ordeal.

You only prayed to whatever deity was helping you that your luck would hold out enough for you to escape this place. Truly bizarre.
As you walked your mind began to wander toward questions of what this place was and why it exists.
For one thing, despite there being a literal hole in the mare's stomach big enough to climb into it didn't look like an injury or anything unnatural in the least. The walls of the stomach flowed into the odd tunnel almost as if were meant to be there.
As you continue to go inward, the walls began to shrink as you get deeper and deeper until a certain point, soon, it stopped being a cavern and more like a... corridor, a tight one but still a corridor, strangely enough, there were visible veins pulsing softly on the fleshy living walls that glow faintly allowing some form of illumination, you... didn't notice that before, now that you think about it, you could see inside what it supposed to be a very dark, closed space. All of this was strange, intriguing yet strange, you have a lot more questions about the anatomy of Cup Cake and her whole species as you continue to follow where this tunnel goes.
Very soon the veins in the tunnel began to glow brighter for every minute that you walked, and the hairs on your neck stood on end. Whatever it was you were getting close to, you could practically feel it electrifying your skin.

In the background, you could hear the sound of thrumming pulsing in rhythm like heartbeats, powerful and strong but altogether not unpleasant. It was kind of like the feeling of going to the dentist and having your teeth drilled into while under sedative. No pain, but you could definitely still feel it.
However, you finally reached to what looked like a closed-up sphincter but upon sensing you, it twitched and began to dilate as if opening up, releasing a large concentration of pinkish light onto the tunnel, you shielded your eyes for a moment before getting properly adjusted, now you were curious and kind of anxious to see what lies inside of the depth of the titaness's body and odd section of the stomach, what kind of organ generate such light? When the sphincter finally opened, you squeezed yourself in and finally got onto the other side, bathed in a different kind of warmth and pink, sparkling light. (edited)

What you saw there astounded you. In the center of the room, which seemed to be composed of materials part organic and part crystalline, judging by how the walls refracted the light, was a massive pink ... thing constantly emitting warm light. The organ was attached to and held up on all sides by thick tendrils, that seemed to grow into the surrounding walls. Every few seconds the light would pulse in intensity and the "veins" you had been in contact with would glow brightly in cyan before returning to a dull color.
You blinked and then rubbed your eyes only to see that your eyes aren't playing tricks on you, whatever you were was the source of this pure energy you had been seeing the moment you had entered this place. it wasn't a normal organ, you didn't even know if you could call it that by all means, instead of blood or other bodily fluids and chemicals, it was pumping energy and making more of it to supply it to the titaness body. It sounds and acts like a heart but it's function seemly more like a reactor or energy core.

And if Cup has one of these, does this mean that others like her also have it too? What kind of function warrant this organ compared to the others? More questions flooded your mind as also curiosity grew, you had all but almost forgotten the fact that you were eaten by the giantess that was now unaware host you and believe you were dead, your original purpose was to explore this new dimension and you thought it would end like that but it seemed that you simply took a... more in-depth detour into one of the natives more than anything.
