The drumming noise managed to wake you up, rising from what was a squishy yet warm surface and feeling sore all over your body, but at the same time, you were feeling... alright, for the most part.
At least you weren't in a tight tunnel anymore, and now you were able to move around freely. Your new place was fleshy and lively; there was large swat of sticky and white goo-ish substance coating the red living wall and floors, not to mention that there were dozen of tiny holes leading even deeper into whatever this place is.
You defiantly were still inside of the giant Equine, but where exactly? Were you inside his... bladder? No, if anything, the bladder would've been full of urine and not bits of sticky white coming out of the pulsing tubes - which should be far fewer than the amount you were looking and what's with this... swaying?
"Wait, this is a testicle?" You say out loud, and soon you say that everything trembled and...
