You can hear the panting and pain stricken voice of Cup Cake outside as she attempts to expel the baby from her body. You wish you could help her in some way but at your size you're not going to be able to accomplish much. She's going to have to endure a lot more suffering but it will all be worth it in the end. As the foal nears end of the canal you can see a small bit of light getting through. Outside you can hear a "OK, Mrs. Cake I need you to a give a big push, ok?" You can hear the groans of anguish intensify, meaning she was tensing her pelvic walls. "Yes, just like that. Keep going! PUSH!" You hear a fleshy POP as the foal's head finally breaches into the outside, and light flows into the vagina around her outline. The bright lights of the outside world blind you, forcing you to avert your eyes as your daughter is pulled out and picked up by a white furred pony, who takes the baby's measurement and immediately hands her over to her mother. It's probably to risky to venture out while the room is full of ponies but you need to see your lover holding your child. You cautiously crawl out from underneath the dock and fall onto Cup Cake's body, doing your best to remain out of sight from the other ponies in the room.
