Inside her womb..

It's been quite a few months since that fateful day, and just how many you couldn't say. Heh.
After you blacked out the fertilized eggs had settled into a rough ring around your body, implanting themselves into the wall of the uterus. From then on they had been growing rapidly, doubling in size every week before finally slowing down. Somehow, mysteriously, during all this, you felt no compulsion to eat or drink anything. It must've been the work of Cup Cake's magic keeping you alive. So far they were all looking all right. There had been a few scares of being tangled up in the umbilical cord but you sorted all of that out.

As of right now, they're all about as twice as big as you are, at 12 feet, which is likely to double by the time they're ready for birthing. Most of them were earth ponies, two of them were a unicorn and pegasus, and they were all female. That figures.

Pony development is different from human development in the way that the foals are expected to come out of the womb fully formed and able to walk immediately. As such, all of your children are already furred, and all of their "ahem" assets are fully functional as well. You often spend time staving off the boredom by softly petting your children's bellies and playing with their tiny genitalia. They all seem to recognize you and are happy when you get to spend time with them.

A few months later:

Mrs. Cake was in the kitchen, baking a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies when she felt a huge cramp and something splash against her apron. Worried, Mr. Cake sent her to bed while telling Pinkie to go fetch a doctor.
Soon Pinkie returned with Doctor Tenderheart the OB/GYN and Nurse Redheart in tow.
Given that Cup Cake was unable to be transported due to her condition the delivery would have to be done right here.
