Velvet asked "we feel that it is the most intriguing aspect, genetical alteration isn't a topic that is much discussed, we know that is true but the ways to do it aren't reliable." The mare paused "We had.. tried in the past but never really went anywhere."
You nodded to her and grinned, you got the right idea for it. You had brought with you he aquarium with Big Macintosh's modified seed with you. You reached to your bag and withdrew it, with an quick dispell, the aquarium on your hand began to grow until it was too big for your hands, using telekinesis you floated it toward an empty table. The Unicorns saw in amazement more of the content insides, althought you could guess that it was that you brought those here. Inside were several of Big Mac's highly modified gametes, grown to compared to colorful and glowing serpentine fishes or eels, swarming around looking to fulfill heir biological given task. You had modified them further, all things considered, refined the techniques and such, they're still Big Mac's genes but chances are that Earth Pony won't be the only result available.
"Incredible, so what you stated on the notes was true?" Night Light asled, you nodded. "Fascinating.. when you mentioned that you collected some sample, I didn't expected this seeing it like this."
"Honey, they're all glowing." Velvet observed as her horn glows "They're not charged with magic or at least externally, they're producing their own!" She stated, complete with amazement clear in her voice, You grinned and nodded to her, it wasn't easy feat, searching for the right formula and took a bit of time but you finished a day before the convention.
"You hadn't tested them.. are you?" The Stallion inquired, his horn glows as well, seemly focused on the aquarium. You were a bit surprised, you thought he was saying as accusatory tone but it wasnt, his tone was one of pure curiosity, seeing that he was expecting an answer, you shake your head.
"No." You revealed "No, I haven't. I don't have anypony or mare and I don't believe someone would be willing be pregnant with an unnatural foal." On this Velvet chuckled a bit.
"Oh you have no idea..." She murmured without taking her off of the glass as few sperm cells stopped to look at her, she continue "I know at few mares that would do anything to shunt off their heat.."
"But no willingness take the resulting foal." You added, knowing where she going.
"No necessarily.. nobles and rich ponies would pay a hefty sum to others that have desirable genes to add to their bloodline." Night Light added, it was true on some certain at least, you know some noble on the city states would do that, especially those of the magic families, who are more... flexible. You have no idea that ponies would go on the same route but you aren't surprised.
"I see.. well, I have some more notes, made some changes to genes and managed to up the genetic yield and tribe variety, more are on the notes I prepared for this." You said as you bright out your diary them, they broke the gaze from the aquarium to the small notebook, one of them recieved with telekinesis and startred to read it. As soon they started to review their content (which you omitted certain things) you started to think about what is going to happen from now own. You certainly didn't believe that this is going be noticed this soon and not on this way and much less going this far.
"This is certainly alot.." The stallion murmurs as he reads it. You smiled hearing that but then closed the book and urned to you with a smile "However, this is certainly an breakthrough, the enchantments and spells inscribed here and as well the information of the cells themselves does bring alot of things to think about it, that being said.."
