Tails didn't want to lie to Vanilla, but he didn't want to offend her either. He decided it was best not to tell her where he and Cream really were.
"Uh, yes. We are exploring this cave we found. It's really interesting and all."
"Well...how come there are names like heart and lungs?"
"Oh...that's just something I'm studying online."
Vanilla seemed to have bought it, and gave Tails a look that showed that she trusts what he says.
"Well, see you later when you get back, Tails. And please be careful, Cream."
"Bye, Miss Vanilla."
Once the screen went black, Tails looked down in guilt, knowing that lying can lead to new problems sometimes, and lying to a friend isn't okay. He decided that it would be best to get moving along, so he called Cream to get inside the ship.
"So, Cream," Tails began. "What should we do?"
Cream thought all about it, and also thought about the conversation Tails had with her mother. She then asked Tails a question...
"Is there a way to let my mom know that she's pregnant?"
"Hmm, perhaps yes. Lets see...we need to go outside her body to do that."
So the two flew their ship out of the womb, and through the opening into the cervix. Vanilla was now sitting in her chair reading a book, wondering when Tails and her daughter might visit. That's when she felt a pleasurable feeling in her lower body, making her gasp. She was able to calm herself and continue reading her book, but what she doesn't know is that now Tails and Cream have grown to full size outside the house.
Meanwhile with our two characters...
"So, Tails. How do we let mom know she's pregnant?"
