As we zoom out of Sally's body, Sally wonders if they are alright since that they are inside of her, unaware that they have been absorb into her womb and that they will be her new babies.So she decides to go for a walk, she will call them later,as she is walking happily with though that she is going to become a mother,we zoom into the vagina and into the womb.As we can notice at the wall, we see that the egg that Tails and Cream are is still visible, slowly begins it's journey to become twin babies and that they won't remember anything from their previous lives, only a very few glimpses. As 2 days have passes, Sally has begins to worry what happens to Tails and Cream and that Vanilla has been worried sick about her daughter being missing and not received any of her calls.Sally speaks with Nicole to go inside her to check them if they are okay, Nicole enters inside of her body, she arrives at the womb only to find that the ship is destroyed and she notices the egg which much to her shock, she notices that Tails and Cream are inside the egg, meaning that Sally is going to be pregnant. She gets out of the body, she tells the news, Sally begins to cry, they also tell that to Sonic and Vanilla, both of them didn't take it well, especially Vanilla since she is a mother and that there is no solution for Tails and Cream to come back again.
