Chapter 22
As much as you wanted to escape, you were in a cartoon world. Either the students would get on horses/servants and go after you like hounds after a fox, or security robots would capture you.
So you walked past the crowds, some members stopping to look at you.
You entered the building and walked up to the receptionist. She was dressed quite fine and had a sexy body. Sort of looked like Miss Wimple from Dexter’s Laboratory.
“And you are?” Miss Wimple asked, adjusting her glasses in a snooty way.
“I’m Anon. I guess I’ve been enrolled here against my will,” you answered.
“We’ll see about that,” Miss Wimple muttered before typing away on her computer. Her eyes opened up in surprise. “Well! I guess you are enrolled here, Miss.. No, Mr? Mr. Anon?”
She looked towards you and said, “You’re a man?”
You nodded.
“Well, I guess the rich can have anything they want, even the last man during a quarantine,” Miss Wimple muttered as she typed away. “The Headmaster will be here shortly, Mr. Anon. Let me get you in proper school attire.”
“So how are we-” You muttered before some frosty glass walls came down around you. Robot hands popped out of the ceiling and removed your clothes, replacing them with a Red school jacket and pants, with a gold sweater vest and white t-shirt.
As the glass walls and robot arms retracted, Miss Wimple said, “Your old clothes shall be thrown out and you will be billed for your new attire. Until you pay it off, you will not be allowed to go out without a guardian. Be careful with those pants, as they are in low supply. if they are ruined, then you will be only supplied with skirts.”
“Gee, thanks,” You sarcastically muttered as someone walked into view.
She looked like Totally Spies’ Alex, but older looking.
She clapped her hands together and said, “I am Co-Headmistress Carmen Vasquez. Please call me Headmaster Carmen. My other Co-headmaster is in a meeting, but will meet you later.”
‘So she's Alex's mom. I didn’t think the spies had last names, but oh well,’ You thought. You said, “I’d like to point out that I was abducted and forced to enroll.”
Carmen rubbed her chin. “Huh. I certainly didn’t approve of it, but I’ll look into it. I do have to answer to a number of people and I hope they aren’t responsible.”
She leaned in and whispered, “I’m also a spy from a group World Organization Of Helping People, or WOOHP for short, and might help you get out of here.”
“So… what now?” You asked.
“Well, I have a number of students who agreed to show you around the place, but if you know of any who might be better, I’ll ask them to assist you instead,” Carmen answered. "I suggest only picking one for now, but you can change your mind if need be."
“So, who are they?” You asked as Carmen led you away from Miss Wimple.
Carmen handed you a few sheets of papers as she said, “Well, the first one who applied was someone named Claire Brewster. She’s blonde, likes to tan, says ‘like’ a lot, and probably will think you just want to date her. She originally was enrolled at Miss Shannon's School for Girls, but came here.”
You recognized her as the blonde rich Valley girl from the Beetlejuice cartoon. She had no redeemable traits and might even be one of the ones who paid to kidnap you.
Carmen “Next is Pacifica Northwest. Her family hit a bit of a rough spot when her father vanished. Still rich, but not quite uber-disgusting-free-from-consequences-rich. Since Preston Northwest vanished, Pacifica’s mother, Priscilla, might try to rope you into being her husband. I’d advise against it, as Priscilla is a bit of a gold digger.”
‘She’s from Gravity falls. I doubt she kidnapped me, but her mother probably did. The Kidnapper did mention something about horny wealthy women. There’s also about if Pacifica is as mean as she was before the series or nice after the series’ You thought.
“And then there's Chloe Bourgeois. She’s from France, but decided to come here for some reason. From what I heard, her friend Adrien vanished when the other men did and she or her mother took it so poorly, so Chloe was sent here. Pity. I think one of my daughter’s friends would have loved to have her as a guide there. They do really love shopping,” Carmen said.
She’s from That Miraculous Ladybug show. I think she’s really hated by the creator of the show so much that he undoes any character development. Even so, she's kind of an attention hog, though,’ You thought.
“And there’s Sam Manson. She is friends with my daughter and her friends. Sam Mansion is a Ultra-recyclo-vegetarian, but I don’t see much of a difference between it and a regular vegetarian. She’ll also try to recruit you into several save-the-earth things. Other than that, she’s pretty nice and doesn’t like to admit she’s a rich kid. She put up quite the fuss when her parents forced her to come here,” Carmen explained.
‘Sam Manson from Danny Phantom. Nice and friendly, though bossy and preachy. Really dislikes the establishment, though,’ You thought.
