"I think being in your stomach would be nice Vanilla. Just two questions. How will we both eat and what about sanitary requirements?" You tell her.
Vanilla rubs your head. "Don't worry about food. I'll gulp down some boxes and bags on a rope and what you leave over just dump into my intestines for me to absorb. Same solution for your sanitary needs. For bathing I'll just drink some warm water for you." She tells you with a warm smile.
"In that case go ahead Vanilla." You tell her with a smile.
Cream gives you a hug. "Have fun in mommy's tummy mister." She says and lifts you up out of the wheelchair as Vanilla crouches.
"Open wide mom." Cream says and Vanilla does so and gently uses her hands to place your feet on her tongue.
As your feet and legs were sliding to the back of Vanilla's tongue you couldn't help but giggle a little. Cream laughs from it seeing you all ticklish.
Vanilla then takes her first swallow sending your legs into her throat far enough that you're now sitting on her tongue with her hands still supporting you. True to her word nothing felt rough even with your legs in her throat. Vanilla gently lifts her head up and swallows again as you slide further down. Before your head enters her mouth Cream kisses your cheek. "Have a good time in there and maybe I'll join you soon." She says.
Vanilla then swallows again pulling your body inside her throat and your head in her mouth. She then takes a last swallow and after a gentle descent you slide easily and gently inside her stomach. "Enjoy your stay." Vanilla says as she rises up on her feet and picks up the wheelchair before they both start running home. Inside her stomach you're a bit shaken but the soft stomach walls cushion any kind of impact keeping you safe from harm.
Soon the rabbits arrive at home. "Ahh, home sweet home Creamy." Vanilla says and looks down to her belly. "Doing fine in there?" She asks you.
"Yes, it's really soft and warm in your belly Vanilla." You reply and softly rub around.
"Mom, can I talk to him? He's in your tummy so will I be able to?" Cream asks her mom.
"You should be Creamy. Let me make it easier." Vanilla says and removes her dress showing her bare belly to Cream which now shows a slight bulge containing you inside.
Cream holds her ear to her mom's belly and inside you hear her voice. "Can you hear me mister?" She asks.
"Yes Cream, I can hear you." You answer and talk with her a little.
"Will you have trouble with the lack of light in there mister?" Cream asks rubbing her mother's belly.
Vanilla is a bit surprised. "Good question Creamy. Can you see enough in my stomach?" She asks you as well as she rubs her belly.
you chuckle a bit. "I've got a solution for that, it's a magical light.." You say and conjure a magic light illuminating Vanilla's stomach.
You even made it bright enough that Vanilla's belly starts glowing and both rabbits can see your silhouette.
"Wow, that's amazing mister." Cream says all excited seeing you in her mother's glowing belly.
"Just make sure to turn it off when we go to bed. Sleeping with a glowing belly won't be so fun." Vanilla says a bit flustered.
So this is your life at the moment. Traveled to a new world and wounded up seriously injured and now for your recovery you're living inside the amazonian Vanilla the rabbit's stomach. Not the worst outcome you could've gotten.
How will you pass your time however?
