As if on cue, the entrance to the room opened and an enormous shapely figure, stepped inside.
Rouge the Bat, grinning widely and clad in nothing but frilly black lingerie sauntered into the room and closed the door behind her. Her bountiful chest jiggled slightly with every step as she approached. "Well, well, it seems like my precious treasure has awakened from his beauty sleep. Did you miss me? I hope that you've been finding your accommodations... comfortable." Her voice was as smooth and silky as the finest cloth and her words were dripping with honey.
"I'm... fine." you awkwardly replied, feeling a little bit embarrassed that she was seeing you without any clothes on. Then again, she's likely the one who put you in this position so you shouldn't feel all that bad. "I would feel a lot better though if I were still in possession of my book."
Rouge made a noise and her hand flipped in a dismissive gesture. "Oh, that old ratty thing? It's worthless, honey. I couldn't even fetch a price for it if my life depended on it. The same goes for those ugly robes you were wearing. Honestly, why anyone would want to hide a beautiful body away from the world is beyond me."
So, Rouge had attempted to sell your book but couldn't find any buyers who would take it. That's encouraging, it means that she very likely still has it somewhere hidden in her house.
"It belonged to my grandmother. It has great sentimental value to me and I need it back. If you let me have it I'll... I'll.. do anything you want." you conceded, acutely aware of how badly this could go wrong..
Rouge considered this for a moment, weighing all her options and considering all the alternatives.
"I think... I'll keep the book. If it's valuable to you, then surely it must be valuable to someone else. In the meantime..."
