Alright, there's a world where every mobian is robotized, but still have their free will. Were they born that way or did one of Eggman's schemes have an unexpected effect? and with your magic, Are you going to be a hero, a villain, or a bystander?
Another is a world where everyone of the main cast is female. Instead of Eggman, we get Omeletta. Instead of Sonic the Hedgehog, we'd get Sonica the hedgehog. Tailsko instead of Tails. And so on. But since you might be the only guy within a few hundred miles, you might be more female attention than you care for
Then there's the old standard of a mirror world, where Sonic and friends are the bad guys and Eggman is the good guy.
How about a world where everyone swapped genders? Amy is a guy, Sonic is a girl, and so on.
