Though you would've preferred to stay in bed, Mayor regrettably had to leave for work and leave you by your lonesome for a few hours.
This was fine by you, as it would give you a chance to hang out in your palatial "mansion" for a little while until she got back.
You pulled an unassuming large brown canvas bag from underneath the bed and carefully set it down on the floor before snapping the mouth of the pouch open.
You kneeled over the bag and peered inside, seeing only yawning darkness await within.
Perfect.
You stood up and carefully fed one foot into the pouch, and then the other, passing the place where the floor should be and dangling into a deep abyss.
When your feet reached a little bit lower you felt the solid form of the top rung of a ladder.
Little by little you fed more of yourself into the bad until only the top of your head remained.
You took one last look around the room before completely descending into the depths.
As soon your who body was inside of the bag, the bag itself close as you descended down, you never throw away your mansion, after all, while extravagant it was yours and you had good stuff in there, sure, Mayor's home is nice and all but you made this one and liked it to hang around. She has to understand.
You descended down a vertical shaft of about 20 feet before you reached the base of the ladder where an intricately carved wooden door awaited you.
You opened the door and stepped into a brightly lit space and sighed in relief.

Your several rooms long, ever clean, dustless mansion, even with your own elevator and secret passages, most of the rooms are empty, able to host a huge community, even a small town. You wanted this mansion as your personal base in the multiverse, your own realm, your sanctuary.
You took a deep breath to smell the fragrance of new.
"Well... here I am, hmmm, what I can do?"
You asked yourself.
You carefully scratch at your chin in thought. Using this Mansion as your base you can go to any version of Equestria you wish or even to other completely different parallel dimensions if you wanted.
Yes.. You start on making several more door in the hall., connecting them to portals to the alternatives, this Equestria has several but there are few that interested you the most so the number of doors is mostly low, you would rather have a specífic room for that rest of the multiverse..
Yes, that's the idea. a very good idea, you have lots of jobs to do!
Excited by your ideas, you got to work creating connections and anchoring them to this plane of existence.
After a couple of hours (which actually amounted to a few minutes due to the way time floes strangely in here) of sweat and hard work you proudly stood in the room, you created that you dubbed the "Equestria room" admiring your handiwork.
This room contains what used the be the main hall which most of the space had turned a separated room from the rest, the room had multiple doors that lead to many Equestrias. Giants, Humans, Anthro, and Human and Anthro giants.
From here you can explore to your heart's content without restriction. You even set up an alarm system to alert you when the Mayor gets home so she won't be worried about your absence.
