The brown mare gave you and friendly smile only to turn into an one of amazement seeing the background had drastically changed from a small hut into an large mansion, you explained that you were an space time magician and this was sort of the reason why you kind of isolated as you wre working on this for few days, you were already done by the second day but the details were important. After the explanation, she quickly sobered up and buys it pretty easily which makes sense since this was an magical land, who else probably have this kind mastery on spells space-time spell? Likely very few, you could guess that the Alicorns would be able to but that's merely speculation.
"So... what I can help you, Miss Mayor."
"Well, as I said before, I wanted to check on you since you hadn't been out since owning this hut as some ponies expressed their anxiety and worry to me but now that I know the reason.." She trailed off, taking a second look at the inner side of the house-mansion, you chuckled a bit.
"Yeah.. I would say this is more of a practice, I could make it bigger but it would take me more time." You revealed, making her go wide eye.
"Really? Nevermind..." She sighed but smiles. "You know, Twilight would love to talk with you once she arrives, you both have lots on common when coming with Magic."
"I know, this is why I'm here, I'm looking to expand my knowledge on magic."

"Yeah, really, believe it or not, I'm still a novice, while I know alot of Space-Time spells, I am not really well qualified for anything else, at most, I know only the basics and that's why I'm here, to start furthering my craft, I won't be here for too long, thought. I'd leave as soon there is nothing to learn, After all, I'm an outsider on this realm and I don't want overstay my welcome to whatever deity oversees it." As soon ands you heard that, her ears flatten and looked a bit saddened about it but nodded. You sort of lied about the last part, you know that the alicorns would be more welcoming to you but you don't know if there is an Uber Alicorn God overseeing it all and watching you up or something, you know that said rule be applied to dimensions with far more active gods.
"I see, I'm sure the princesses would disagree in seeing you go so soon, even after learning up magic here, won't you give Equestria an chance to settle down and live in it?"
"Oh yes, absolutely but this profession is sort of a wandering one, I could consider this world as my main base, at best, to return more frequently into but in case in making some enemies I couldn't shake out for whatever reason, I might have to drop this world off the list for one less populated if things get ugly pretty fast, I hope you understand as it part of the precautions measures so nopony get hurt in the process." You added, she perked up on hearing on making this Equestria as your main base but nodded on the possible dangers you might face, hopefully, not that much also but given her mixed reaction, she understood you couldn't stay but onto why she seem to want you to stay was interesting, you decided that on throwing her a bone mostly to see her reaction "While the main goal is to get more knowledge of magic, I'm an tourist of sort while not pursuing it, so I was thinking on -that- on he meanwhile I'm waiting for Twilight Sparkle, it's a very nice looking town and Equestria must be an paradise outside." On this, her face brighten somewhat, her smile returned as she began to talk.
