A bright flash of light enveloped the entire springs, multiple screams of fright were heard all around as the women inside the spring was spooked by the sudden light.
During this small chaos, three beings experienced something horrifying and yet they never got even a single yelp in.
Those three being Hinata, Tenten, and Ino. Right after Sakura finished the seals and the light started, the three of them were suddenly overwhelmed by foreign chakra that quickly enveloped their bodies. All three of them quickly morphed into small little flash balls and shot towards Sakura.
One ball enter Sakura's ass, making her ass glow slightly as her skin absorbed the ball into itself. The next ball to enter, flew to her lower abdominal section, while entering and being absorbed her skin glowed again only slightly lesser almost like the glowing came from behind the skin.

That was it! Sakura! She was showing them that jutsu that she said Naruto used. Could it be some kind of body altering jutsu? It would make sense she reasoned. But if that was the case then that would mean that SHE was now somehow a part of Sakura, and judging by everything she knew so far that would make her. Oh Kami! Hinata slowly awoke as she tried to move her limbs, but failed to do so. Panic struck her quickly as her mind raced through all the possible scenarios. Was she captured by an enemy shinobi? Was she a victim of a cruel prank? Was she given poison? Did she die?
No she had to calm down, she felt her heart beating a mile a minute which didn't help calm her mind. Focus, she mentally shouted to herself. If she couldn't get calm then she for sure end up getting into a worse situation.

Finally even though her heart was still beating like crazy, she was able to focus on her situation.
First priority was her surroundings, which unfortunately was just bitch blackness. She attempted to activate her byakugan to see pass the darkness, but all her attempts where for not. No matter how hard she tried, it just simply refused to activate.
Well next priority was herself then, she couldn't move any part of her body. Her fingers, hands, arms, toes, feet, legs, hell even her neck all refused to move an inch. Maybe she was paralyzed with something? But then her "body" felt off. As if something wasn't right.
Now that she focus more on that she quickly realized why she couldn't move anything. Her body felt compress like a ball shape almost. It also felt like it was spread out into two ball shapes, were the only real body part left was her head. Her "mouth", if she even could call it that, felt larger to. Almost like it extended some length behind her.
Speaking of her mouth, it felt and tasted like something was at the very edge of back of mouth. Whatever it was it felt somewhat solid, but still had some squishiness to it. The object was moving incredibly slow to from the back of her mouth to the front.
The taste of it was very weird too, it confused Hinata to no end on how to describe it to herself. It was in no means sweat like a cinnamon rolls she so dearly loved, but it wasn't bitter either. It was as if she was tasting multiple foods at once.
Focusing away from the weird slow moving object, she tried to focus on what her skin felt. She could feel a soft silky cloth almost all around her skin, in fact using this feeling she could mentally visually her body shape with it. She was indeed two balled shapes that was connected in the center, the cloth also could tell her that the two balled shapes were very close indeed, in fact if she focused a bit more she could feel the skin of the two ball shapes touching each other a bit. The cloth went slightly downward into the center of her two ball masses, but stopped before the two pieces of skin that touched each other.
Hinata was completely confused on what was happening, and then all of a sudden her face felt it was being "split" into two halfs. One half moved backwards, and then the other half would move to join the first, only for it to go further backwards. This cycle repeated itself in quick repetitions.
With that Hinata tried to scream out "Somebody! Anybody! Please help me!".

Tenten woke up with a shock. She could of swear she heard someone screaming as she awoke, but only gurgling notices greeted her now.

The long and narrow part of her felt filled with liquid of some sort, if she was to focus on that part of her she could actually "see" the content of this section. While indeed almost exclusively liquid in here, there were small pieces of debris? These little debris pieces came in all shapes, but almost all of them were grey in color with only an occasional yellow piece here and there. Then she noticed on the walls there were tiny little "buds" litery all over the walls. These buds looked like they were "attacking" the debris pieces and absorbing them into themselves.
Deciding to now try and focus on the shorter length fragment, she saw her vision change in front of her. Here there was a lot less liquid then the longer fragment, and the little liquid that was there seemed to be seeping into the fleshy walls all around it. Looking a bout this fragment she saw small "clumps" of clay like material forming on the fleshy walls, slowly being pushed into one direction. And then she saw it further down her shorter fragment, the lumps of clay had gather into a bigger formed and instead of it being gray like the rest it was brown.
Tenten was very much thankful that even though she could see and feel it, she couldn't taste this. She had realized that somehow she was seeing the process of a person's intestines and what she saw now was the final product of said process. And that was a gaint brown turd that was slowly leaving her short segment and heading to what she could only guess was the rectum and the anals of this person.
