This was it; the day had finally come. As Aura Blackquill stepped out of the prison doors and into the outside world, she couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief. After what was without a doubt the longest year of her life, her prison sentence had finally come to an end. At long last she was free once again, and it was all thanks to...

"That Princess... She truly is amazing. Not only getting Simon off of death row, but even managing to get my sentence reduced to just one year after the stunt I pulled. I... I really do owe her everything now, don't I?" Aura began to laugh to herself as she realized what she was saying.

To think that the person who she had held a grudge against for so many years, the person she had despised with every fiber of her being for killing her beloved mentor, would turn out to be the person that she was the most grateful to now. Even after she had held everyone in the Cosmos Space Center hostage in an attempt to get Athena convicted of murdering her own mother, that girl still went out of her way to defend her when it came time for her own trial.

Of course, there was no way to avoid a guilty verdict in this case, but she defended her anyway and managed to convince the judge to reduce her sentence in light of all the good that came out of her actions. Thanks to her hostage situation forcing that retrial, Simon Blackquill was proven innocent, and with that the dark age of the law was beginning to slowly fade away. What's more, the Phantom who had been the cause of it all was finally brought to justice.

Yes, Aura had committed a terrible crime, that much was undeniable. But she had only done it for the sake of her brother, and so much good had come as a result of it. It was thanks to Athena bringing that to the judge's attention that she was able to walk the streets again so soon.

Aura smiled to herself as she thought about it. Those events had given her a new lease on life, and she wasn't going to let the past tie her down anymore. Much as the loss of her mentor still pained her, she knew that she had to move on. With her long hair being blown about in the breeze, Aura looked to the sky and felt truly happy for the first time in years.

"I haven't gotten any joy out of looking up at the sky like this since the day I lost you, Metis... But now, now it looks more beautiful than it ever did before. Your daughter has grown into a truly amazing young woman. I'm sure that you must be so very proud of her." Aura said to herself, placing her hand over her heart as she gazed skyward.

However, just as Aura was about to get on her way, she saw something small falling out of the sky. Said something was heading right toward her. Thinking fast, she quickly reached out her hands to catch this tiny something before it hit the ground. As she carefully caught the tiny object with both hands, Aura began to examine it to find out just what this strange little thing was.

Much to her surprise, the object that she now held in her hands wasn't an object at all. Rather, it was in fact an incredibly small human male! Aura couldn't believe her eyes. How could such a tiny person possibly exist? It completely went against every scientific principal that she knew. The human body shouldn't be able to survive at such a small size, and yet from what she could tell you were still breathing, just unconscious.

Aura simply stands there for a moment, too amazed by this discovery of hers to even think about anything else. After a bit more time passes...
