You slowly woke up to the sound of knocking on a far off door. Followed by someone shouting--
"Hey! Kay! Wake up and let us in already!" You could still faintly hear a female voice yelling from afar. Then you heard Kay stirring from her sleep.
"Not now mommy. I'm not ready for school." Kay was really out of it. But sure enough, when she heard that knocking again, she jumped right out of bed in a panic.
"Oh my God! They're here! I'll be right out guys! Just give me a second."
"Just hurry up will you ya? We've been waiting for over an hour out here!" Then Kay started rushing around her room digging stuff out faster than you could keep up with.
"Hey Kay! What's going on?" Kay immediately froze in her tracks and looked down at you like she had seen a ghost. Even though she never said a word, you could tell what she was thinking.
"What am i going to do with you now that they're here?"
