You feel a little nervous as she holds you in her fist, but she still holds that smile she had when introducing herself. You tell her name with a slight stutter in your voice. She smiles again and uses her other hand to gently pet your head.
"That's a cute name," she said making you blush, "It's very nice to meet you. Why are you so small?"
"I-I don't know," you reply, "I-I was just minding my own business when this light comes in and I somehow ended up in here small."
"Oh my. Well don't worry, little guy," she said bringing her other hand around the one holding you, "I'll help you. I can take care of you until you get big again."
Your nervousness grew a little. Pearl was a little kid, and you weren't too comfortable entrusting your fate to the little mystic. She seemed to pick up on your nervousness and gently hugged you to her cheek. She then proceeded to nuzzle you, making you blush again.
"I know you're scared," she said, "But I promise, you're safe with me. It'll be okay. I won't hurt you."
