"Dinner's ready! Everyone to the table!" Alice's voice drifted up from the kitchen, carrying a warmth that sliced through the heavy, musk-filled air of the bedroom.
Mati jumped, his small heart hammering against his ribs as the spell of Paula's dominance was abruptly broken by the domestic summons.
"Oh, look at that," Paula whispered, her blue eyes dancing with a cruel sort of playfulness as she looked down at her brother. "Mom is calling. We wouldn't want to keep her waiting, would we?"
Mati looked up at her, feeling the lingering stickiness of her arousal on his skin and the dizzying height of the room around him. "Please just let me go," he pleaded, his voice still raspy from screaming.
Paula didn't let him go; instead, she pinched his soft belly, leaving a red mark on his pale skin. "You're coming with me, little man. I think it's only fair you see how the rest of the family treats you."
She scooped him up in one fluid motion, his small body fitting perfectly into the hollow of her palm as she stood up, her denim jeans sliding back into place over her hips.
Mati felt the sudden rush of wind as she carried him toward the door, his stomach churning with a mixture of fear and lingering arousal.
As they entered the hallway, the scent of roasted garlic and rosemary hit them, a stark contrast to the smell of sex and sweat that clung to Paula's skin.
"Where have you two been?" Werka asked, appearing at the end of the hall. She looked like a porcelain doll in her pink dress, her blue eyes blinking with innocent curiosity.
"Just spending some quality time with Mati," Paula replied, a smug grin playing on her lips as she held her brother aloft, letting him dangle precariously over the void of the hallway.
"He looks so tired," Werka noted, leaning in closer. Her voice was a soft chime, and she reached out a delicate finger to poke Mati's shoulder. "Are you okay, Mati? You look a bit flushed."
"I'm... I'm fine, Werka," Mati managed to say, trying to maintain some shred of dignity while being held like a toy.
Paula chuckled, a low sound that vibrated through the hand holding him. "He's just exhausted from all the hard work he's been doing for me."
"Don't be mean, Paula," Werka giggled, though there was a glimmer of mischief in her own eyes. "Though he does look like he needs a bath. He smells like... you."
Mati felt a surge of heat crawl up his neck. He wanted to disappear, to sink into the floorboards and never be seen again.
"Dinner is on the table! Now!" Alice's voice boomed from the dining room, leaving no room for argument or further teasing.
Paula sighed and stepped into the dining room, placing Mati carefully on the polished mahogany surface of the table, right next to a bowl of steaming mashed potatoes.
The scale of the room was terrifying; the ceiling felt miles away, and the dinner plates looked like vast, white porcelain plains.
Derek sat at the head of the table, his white hair gleaming under the chandelier. He looked at Mati with a patient, knowing smile.
"Glad you could join us, son," Derek said, his voice a deep rumble that made the table vibrate beneath Mati's feet.
Alice approached, her red apron fluttering. She leaned over, her massive form casting a shadow over Mati that felt like a warm blanket.
"My poor little thing," she murmured, her voice full of maternal affection. "You look absolutely spent. Did Paula wear you out?"
Mati opened his mouth to protest, but he was interrupted by the scent of the food and the overwhelming presence of his family.
"He was very helpful," Paula added, sliding into her chair with a predatory grace, her eyes never leaving her tiny brother.
As the family began to serve themselves, the clatter of silverware sounded like thunderclaps to Mati, who stood alone and exposed on the vast expanse of the table.
