Welcome to the Future! My name is Jill Tiny chapter 13 by copier · original author: rainman1131

Cindy punched a button on the panel above her head, and once again a brilliant white line cut around the middle of the orb. The seam opened with a soft, pneumatic hiss, and the upper half of the craft lifted upward.

"Okay," The blond giantess said, releasing the teens from her grasp. "Hop on out, guys. It's time to see the boss."

"Who's the boss?" asked April, as she joined Jerome in walking across Cindy's flat stomach. Jill and Sara were just picking themselves up from between Cindy's giant breasts.

Cindy shrugged. "You'll see. Let's get going now."

The beautiful blond watched, delighted, as the four little people made their way down her stomach, across her hips and tight-rope-walked, two on each leg, from her thighs to her ankles. When they had scrambled out of the orb and onto the floor, Cindy got out herself, careful not to step on anyone.

"Follow me, guys," Cindy said, striding across the room.

Jill saw that the room was a large one, but appeared to contain only the recently-arrived time machine, and a desk at the far end, near the door. As they approached the door, Cindy in the lead and the tiny teens hurrying along behind in single file, Jill noticed that a smaller, doll-sized desk sat atop the big desk. A tiny boy, about Jill's size, sat at the desk, wearing a little set of head phones that were connected to a huge bank of electronics that rested on the large desk. The boy was thin, bespectacled, and wore, Jill noticed with amusement, a t-shirt printed with the words: VULCANS NEVER BLUFF.

"Cindy," said the boy, as the blond woman approached. "You're not mad at me, are you? I was just following procedure. I was-"

Cindy blew out an exasperated breath. "We were under fire, Derrick. Couldn't you hear that? We could have been killed."

The tiny boy dropped his head. "I was just doing my job," he said, a miserable expression on his face.

"Yeah?" The blond giantess said. "well, next time-"

Cindy felt a light tapping on her calf. She looked down to see Jill staring up at her, and holding up a finger. Cindy raised her eyebrows.

Turning to look up at the tiny boy, Jill said, "Thanks so much for getting us back here, Derrick. It was just in the nick of time."

Derrick looked gratefully down at the pretty blond girl. "Uh, your welcome." he said, blushing.

Jill beamed up at Derrick, causing his blush to deepen.

Cindy slowly nodded her head. "Okay. Okay, then. Jill's right, you did get us back safe, Derrick. You did fine." She looked down at the little people on the floor. "Let's go, guys."

When the door had whispered shut behind the five of them , Cindy leaned down, placing her hands on her knees and looking down at Jill. "You really deal well with people, Jill. You remind me of...well...of yourself."

The tiny blond smiled. "Thanks."

As they walked down the corridor, Jill could see that the walls were made of the same softly glowing, gray, organic-looking material as the ones in the other complex, and that the corridors seemed to stretch away forever into the distance, smooth walls punctuated only by the spaces where other corridors intersected. The only difference was the white line painted down the middle of this floor, and Cindy had instructed the little teens to walk on the left side of the line, while she stayed to the right.

"Little people on the left, big people on the right," said Cindy, looking down at the little teens. "It helps prevent, uh, accidents."

Sara nodded. "Makes sense, Cindy."

Jill noticed that all the people that passed them in the corridor, both the little and the big ones, were dressed in lab coats or casual clothes, like Derrick had been wearing. Now a thought occurred to her.

"Cindy," said Jill, as she watched a man and woman pass by Cindy in the big people's lane. "Could any of these people be, uh...that is..."

Cindy shook her head. "No, Jill. There are no aliens here."

"But, Cindy," Jerome said, running forward a bit to get out in front where Cindy could see him. "How do you know for sure? I mean, they're shape-shifters."

The giantess stopped near one of the tiny slots in the wall. She smiled down at the tiny black boy. "Good question, Jerome. Just trust me on that one for now, though, Okay?"

Jerome stared up at the beautiful blond, a dopey smile on his face. "Okay, Cindy"

April elbowed Jill, and whispered, "Somebody's in love."

Jill nodded, grinning.

Cindy stuck a key card into the slot, and Jill saw blue block letters light beneath the slot reading: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS.

The door opened silently, revealing another large, mostly empty room. As they followed Cindy into the room, Jill saw two desks, one halfway into the room on a side wall, and the other up against the middle of the back wall. Cindy led her little crew toward the side desk first.

There was a tiny desk atop the big desk, and seated in it was a pretty brunette, in her mid-twenties, and wearing glasses. She wore a sweatshirt and jeans, and sat in front of a huge, that is, normal-sized computer monitor, but was typing on a tiny toy-sized keyboard.

As Cindy stopped in front of her desk, the tiny woman looked up briefly, apparently checking out the larger woman's Woman in Black emsemble. Then she glanced back down at her keyboard and resumed typing. "Nice outfit, Kong. Clown suit at the cleaners?"

"As a matter of fact, it is," replied Cindy, stepping around behind the big desk so she could see what was on the computer screen. "What you working on now?"

The brunette glanced around, momentarily annoyed, as Cindy leaned in close from behind her, letting strands of her long, blond hair fall on either side of the tiny woman. "Well," said the little woman, looking back up at the monitor. "You've noticed how the light from the walls has recently begun to dim just slightly?"

"Nope," replied Cindy, as she blew a teasing puff of air onto the back of the other woman's head, causing her tiny ponytail to flip up, then fall down again.

The little woman shook her head, her body language registering only slight annoyance; she appeared to be used to such treatment from the larger woman. "Well, they are getting dimmer, and I think I know why. The walls light up due to the bio-luminescence of the organisms inside. The structure is over a hundred years old, and the growth medium inside the walls had begun to degrade."

"Are you saying," Cindy said, as she went back around to the front of the big desk. "that the little creatures inside aren't making good light anymore because...they're hungry?"

The little woman nodded, smiling up at her large friend. "Yep. I'm running a model right now to find out just what the Hell it is they eat."

Cindy laughed, and reached out and took the woman's tiny cheek gently between her thumb and forefinger, squeezing lightly. "Oooh, you're cute and smart!"

The small women batted the huge fingers aside. "Go on, Gigantor, let me finish this."

Cindy moved toward the desk at the far side of the room, and gestured for her little entourage to follow. "Put it on hold a minute, Jackie. I got somebody you and the boss should meet."

Jackie watched the four little teens following Cindy single-file across the room, and her face split into a grin. "You trying to get the little duckings to imprint on you, Cindy? You want to make them think you're their Mommy?"

Then the tiny brunette saw the pretty blond girl at the end of the line turn back to look up at her, a smile on her young face. She waved gaily at Jackie, then turned to catch up with her friends.

"Holy shit!" cried Jackie, as she got up from her desk and headed for the tiny set of stairs that ran up the side of the big desk. "Is that who I think it is?'
