Travelling in a pocket...a new experience
Then, in fast yet gentle motion, the woman dropped you inside a pocket she had on her sweatshirt, right on top of her left breast. Before you can react, she closes most of the zip, leaving but a hole big enough for you face. You're about to start to struggle to get out, before you hear her voice. Your classes of Spanish were not ones you had pay excellent attention, since where you lived, few Latinos inhabited the area. However, ever since you've been in your new current state, your brain has worked overdrive to understand the language of the locals. And that means that you understand what the woman is talking about. She says:
"Tranquilo, no tenga miedo no te hare daño: solamente te deje ahí para asegurarme que no te pase nada. No sé qué eres, pero lo seguro que eres un ser viviente, y si eres capaz de entender mis palabras, consiente...como una persona. De una u otra manera, ahora no podrás caerte a ninguna parte. Iras conmigo a la pieza que estoy con mi hija."("Don't worry, don't be afraid, I won't hurt you: I just left you there to make sure nothing happens to you. I don't know what you are, but how sure you are a living being, and if you are able to understand my words, aware... like a person. One way or another, now you won't be able to fall anywhere. You'll go with me to the room where I'm with my daughter.")
Her words, they have a commanding tone to it. For some reason, a part of you wants to comply. Not only that: for the moment she has not done anything or acting in any way threatening or dangerous to you. For those reasons and a few minor other factors, you decide to calm yourself, and remain steady, at least until she reaches her room, and lets you out.
"Vaya, te quedaste quieto. ¿Acaso fue porque entendiste mis palabras, o porque te diste cuenta que no pienso hacerte daño? Algo me dice que lo veremos muy pronto."("Wow, you stayed put. Was it because you understood my words, or because you realized that I'm not going to hurt you? Something tells me that we'll see him very soon.") She says, smiling. Perhaps she finds it curious that you, a strange "bug" from her perspective reacted in such a manner to her voice. Perhaps it something else? You don't know.
Soon enough, she starts to climb the stairs of the Hotel herself, making your position shake with every step. Thankfully, the pocket you're has the right size: big enough for you not to feel tight, small enough for you not to get tossed around like a ragdoll. Overall, it’s a nice experience, not to mention the point of view you have: is like being near the top of a moving, living building, which is a weird description, yet a fitting one.
You can only hope this is not the last good time as a tiny. Whatever happens next, one thing is certain: you're powerless to stand against anything this giantess might want to do with you. And that's a thought in the back of your head that is saddening and a bit depressing, to be truly at the mercy and whims of an unknown person.
