You had no idea what she was saying but by her tone, she didn't seem to understand you whatsoever, Your only option now was to try and speak as simply and clearly as possible so she'd understand.
"Please! LISTEN! I SHRUNK BUT NEED HELP! IF YOU LEAVE ME I MIGHT BECOME FOOD FOR SOME ANIMAL!! BRING ME TO THE HOSPITAL PLEASE!!" You begged again very slowly and tried to be clear as possible.
The Giantess Latina Lucy's eyes lit up, however. Instead of hearing what you said she managed to fish out a word and thought that's what you meant. A smile grew upon her giant lips as she looked at you mischievously and impressed. And to your horror she keeps repeating the same word she misheard.
