Lucy, your chosen giant caretaker. Klutzy yet kind
As you thought of all the alternatives, you reach several conclusions: even though rejoining your friends would surely be nice, the dynamic you're going to have going forwards is going to be very different from what you had before, to the point that you wonder that if it worth it. With that in mind, you prefer to get to choose soon who's going to take care of you, so the idea of meeting Emma's mom, and getting to have a list of potential candidates is not too appealing, especially considering you have two very good if not excellent girls that you feel are going to do their utmost to keep you safe and cared for.
But, since it's likely that even if they try to hold themselves, by the very fact that you're going to be seen and interact with them constantly, is going to be quite hard for them not to want to please themselves with your "assistance". You don't fear that they will force you to relieve them, but...even if you're willing you have to keep in mind, they're going to be quite "in need" of you regardless, which assures that you are going to need to get used to the possibility of having sexy times with them constantly. With that fact into consideration, you think you would only be able to manage one of them at a time unless you risk becoming overwhelmed by having to constantly please them both.
So the final question was: who were you going to choose to be your caretaker? At first, the idea seems obvious, Emma right? She's gentle, measured, and speaks English, among other things. And even if she's quite the klutz, she's a kind girl who simply wasn't aware of her actions when you first interacted with one another, and you know for sure she feels bad for it now, so if you want to be extra sure that she proves to you by both actions as well as words, there's only one way. You wouldn't choose her just because of how she looks physically but combined with all of her other characteristics, you could consider it to help her case.
So, having decided your fate, and with no regrets, you speak to Emma, saying:
"Well, I have thought about it, and I've decided that I wouldn't like to have one of my former friends as my caretaker, the dynamic change doesn't attract me much. I still wish to get to rejoin them, but I prefer to live under the care that hasn't interacted with me before I shrunk."
"OK, that's a valid opinion. Don't worry, I promise you we'll aid you to rejoin with them, so you don't have to fear losing them from now on." she replies, in a happy tone.
"I appreciate that. Now, since I'm going to live with at first unknown girl or woman, I want to start as soon as possible. And I doubt your mum and company are always ready to deal with situations like mine on the fly." you say, explaining your opinion on the particular matter.
"Well, you're right, it has been a while since a male tourist entered Town without warning, so having my mum and her friends take some time before getting to aid you is not going to be fast. This means that you want to choose one or both of us as your caretakers?" she replied, asking the expected question. You answer by saying:
"Correct, I want one of you to be my caretaker. I focus on the "one": if what the page says is true, and how you and Lucy have interacted with me, is likely if not assured that sooner or later, you would want me to aid you to please yourselves. With that in mind, I imagine is going to be easy to deal with the issue of making 1 rather than 2 giantesses feel good constantly. Doesn't mean that I think that you are going to squeeze me dry because my mere presence makes you very horny, but still, my point stands."
"Well yeah, if I would be in your position I would think that too. It also helps to focus all effort on developing an emotional bond with the only one that you're going to interact with all the time. She extends her arms across the desk, putting her cupped hands to ask you to climb up rather than grabbing you. Clever move.
You immediately stand up and climb up her hands, before sitting right in the middle. She then slowly and as gently as possible, rises you from the desk until you're right below her huge chest, her ginormous boobs barely allowing you and her to see eye to eye from your position. She then says:

You're going to have to work to develop a two-directional way of communication until the language issue is solved, but Lucy's proposal is going to be fine, at least for a while.
