Emma, your chosen caretaker, measured and reliable
The decision isn't easy, for a part of you would want to just return with your friends immediately. But since this is permanent, one if not all of them are going to take care of you. And that's a shift on the dynamic you had with them which is too strong for your agreement. Besides, living under the care of locals who have first-hand experience with situations like yours seems more reasonable that to expect your fellow Americans, who would be at first as clueless as you were to the existence of this phenomenon to be able to take care of you as well. They would eventually learn how to properly manage it, but it would take some time, time that might not be enjoyable, and that in the worst case could ruin the entire endeavor.
And about choosing which local woman to take care of you, the idea of meeting Emma's mother and her friends, although would mean that you could end up with mature ladies with experience, you're not assured of any of that. Not to mention is not likely all of them would be ready to aid you the moment you talk about it with Emma's mum. And right now, you consider that finding a good enough caretaker girl or woman soon is preferable that a potentially excellent caretaker later, for someone has to take care of you in the meanwhile, right?
Next, you have to consider having to choose one or both of the present girls to be your caretakers. Between having one or two, you prefer just one. Is likely that eventually, your would-be caretaker might ask for your permission to please herself due to the "lust effect" provoked by being in direct contact with someone like you; which to you means choosing between one or two thirsty girls. Not that you think any of them will force you to pleasure them or will want to feel you inside them permanently, but that is likely to be a constant given enough time no doubt for you. So, for ease of management, you rather deal with just one. It will also make it easier to become friends or perhaps do something more with your only caretaker, instead of splitting your energy in half.
And finally, between Emma and Lucy, you prefer Emma. Lucy might be kind, and you feel that you could trust she would do her best to keep you safe and comfortable, it's going to take a while before she's learned how to handle you properly, with accidents sure to happen along the way. Combined with your desire to spend as little time as possible getting used to your new life under the care of a giantess (compared to you), you have no better possible alternative as Emma. She has several advantages that Lucy lacks: she's proven to be capable of handling you with the right force and care the moment she holds you with her hands. She also already knows English, so communication issue is nearly impossible. And although her friend does have the bigger assets, hers are still big and nice (more like Lucy's are just enormous) so if physical appearance is a factor to consider, she's not that far behind her friend.
So, considering all the alternatives, you have made your choice. You look up to Emma, and tell her:
"Well, I have considered all the possible alternatives, and I've made up my mind: Emma, I would to have you as my primary caretaker. Please, take good care of me and I...will try my best to make you feel good when and if you need it."
God, those last words were really hard to say: you were red with embarrassment.
Yet Emma just grinned at your reaction, so funny and cute. She replies:
"I'm honored that you choose me. Don't worry, you can trust me I'll keep you safe and comfy. And about the matter of making me feel good...don't feel pressured to do it. After all, sex is always more pleasant if both parties get to enjoy it, and that still applies to you, hehe."
She then gently grabs you, brings you to her face...and kisses you. You're so small that her lips cover your entire body with ease, but still, she's in control over her movements, pressing you against her with the right amount of force. Not only that, but for some reason, once she gives you one, you feel calmer, and not as embarrassed as before.
She pulls you back, and then turns and starts talking with Lucy, likely explaining the situation and your final decision to her best friend. The girl nods, and then while looking at you, she says:
"Me alegra que hayas escogido a Emma. No tengo dudas que ella te cuidara muy bien. Pero si quieres hablar o incluso si solamente quieres tener un buen momento con una chica sexy, eres libre de llamarme."("I'm glad you chose Emma. I have no doubt that she will take good care of you. But if you want to talk or even if you just want to have a good time with a hot girl, you are free to call me.").
She then winks at you, her message loud and clear. You get fully red again but quickly managed to calm down, and nod in agreement. After all, you can imagine yourself becoming good friends with her if Emma is her closest one. Not to mention that she's quite sexy indeed, and she's proposing to you: no amount of embarrassment is going to prevent you from accepting such an offer.
Lucy stands up, hugs Emma, and waves goodbye, before leaving the house to return home. Once this happens, Emma says to you:
"Now, time for you to meet my mum! Since you're going to live now with me, is assured that you are to going to interact from time to time, so a proper introduction is necessary if we want to avoid any unnecessary situations. Besides, she would be very happy to get to know her daughter's care!"
"That sound reasonable. Sure, I would love to get to know how your mum is," you reply, smiling.
Emma smiles at this and starts to close the main door. But then, she tells you:
"By the way Denis, just in case you aren't sure about it, there's no issue to contact your friends and telling them about your situation. They will understand, and you're an adult already, so you're capable of being responsible with your choices. Not to mention that I'm sure you would like to remain in contact with them and through them with your family back in the USA, right?"
“That’s nice to know. Thank you Emma for your proactiveness! I was worried that since the whole situation with shrinking in town, I would never get to contact my friends and family the moment I decided to stay with you from now on. Not that I was unwilling to just accept it if necessary, but it was still sad to know that a single event could mean for me to lose everyone I hold dear." you reply, happy and calm to now that you've not lost what matters to you. You lock down, tearing up a bit due to the emotion of knowing that you can remain in contact with your family and friends.
Emma gave another big gentle kiss and said:
"Well, now you don't have to worry a thing about it. Although I'm sure is going to be complicated to explain to your family why you choose to live permanently here rather than return home."
"Yeah, no kidding. I'll also need to fill out the proper procedure to cancel my application to college. I was planning to start the entire process of entering one after I returned from the vacation but well, plans changed." you reply while scratching your head. It sounds like an inevitable hassle.
"Well, I'm here to help with whatever possible thing you might need." Emma said while starting to walk towards the house's main room.
You nod at her, appreciating her willingness to aid you. Yeah, the future holds several complications ahead, but nothing that Emma can't help you with. Not to mention, several good things are equally present, so your new life ahead looks like is going to be manageable, and even enjoyable.
