When the Anthros Came to Town

Sapphira thinks about her next decision long and hard and you're worried about her next move. Then she lets out a sigh and makes you choke on the smoke in her breath. "I suppose I could let you go. But don't you dare tell anyone about our plan. Understand." You nod your head before Sapphira tosses you aside. Thankfully you land in a tree and then land on the ground.
You let out a groan and shake leaves out of your hair. But then you realize that Coalton Shores is in serious trouble. Sapphira didn't take prisoners. She'd burn the city to the ground. You needed to get help. It takes you an hour to get back to Coalton Shores. You only have a few hours more to warn the town about the incoming danger, but there's no way Mayor Bloomberg would believe you. Especially considering that Coalton Shores was such a small town, people wouldn't think Sapphira would even bother. You needed to find a cop.
Fortunately as you walk into town, you see a couple of anthro police officers walking around town. You knew the police in this town well what with how small Coalton Shores was. The first of them was Kyle, an ankylosaurus anthro. He didn't speak much and was said to not be very smart, but he was still a cop. The second one was a female cop. Elise, a blue whale anthro. She was more human looking than most anthros, except for her huge tail and white underbelly and chin and the whole blowhole thing. She was the biggest anthro you've ever seen and you were someone afraid of her. But still, she was still a cop.
Which one do you go to for help?
