"Hi Alan." Says Meena. You look up in surprise because you see your next door neighbor Meena, the shy giantess bat girl. She was wearing a T-Shirt bearing the Avengers logo on it and was adjusting her glasses as she looks down you. It would make sense if Meena was out this late considering she's a bat.
"Oh, hi Meena, I can't talk right now. I've got to get to the rally." As you try to run off, Meena gets a nervous look on her face. "The anti-anthro rally? That's not like you Alan. You're not anti-anthro are you? Was it something I said?" You don't answer and just keep running but Meena flaps her wings and creates a gust of wind to blow you down. You lose your grip on the bomb a couple of times before grabbing it again. You let out a sigh. Sapphira wouldn't like it if the bomb went off and didn't kill the mayor.
"Alan?" asked Meena. "Please tell me why you're going to the rally."
You could tell Meena the truth, but you'd put her in danger but you didn't want to make up a vicious lie and hurt her feelings. Why did you have to run into Sapphira?
