"I only spoke the damn truth!" You pointed an accusing finger at your Mother, who seemed galaxies away to you.
She leaned forward, looking confused, "I'm sorry could you repeat that?" She cranked her unnecessary hearing aid to full.
Whether she couldn't believe what you said or actually didn't hear it was irrelevant, you repeated yourself. "I only spoke the damn truth! Just like you taught me!" You immediately regretting saying that.
Your Mom spoke with such a tone, it wasn't filled with anger or rage yet it felt far worse......as if her voice was filled with hate, not childish hate that will vanish in no time, true eternal hate for one who is insignificant to you and you honestly believe that they do not deserve anything they have; this was the way your Mother's voice seemed.
"Matt....." You gasped, she has never EVER called you by your name. " I honestly expected better of you. Throughout all of your life you have shown yourself to be a bright and intelligent boy yet you failed to realize a vital lesson.....Sometimes it is better to lie than to tell a truth that hurts the ones you love. I'm afraid what you said has been done and cannot be taken back and repercussions will be swift..." The tone alone was enough to make you lose the feeling in your legs.
Before you could respond your Mother did the unthinkable, something that even in your....'interesting' lifestyle had never been done before, she spat on you. Still unable to control your legs you looked up at the meteor of saliva descending upon you, making imminent contact.
With what seemed like a tidal wave the disgusting liquid flowed over you, completely drenching you with its....unique feeling. Eventually underneath the liquid you began to lose your breath and instinctively attempted to swim up, only to fail, the liquid was simply too sticky. You began to cough for air and in the process of doing so swallowed some of the saliva.
You began to feel lightheaded, believing death to be imminent but your Mother used her finger to wipe away most of the saliva, saving you from her own method to kill you.
With renewed will you got out and onto your Mother's dry foot, gasping for air despite it being filled with the scent of feet.
"It should be taking effect soon....." Your Mom muttered ominously. It was then that it happened, the feeling you would never forget in your life, the feeling of shrinking once more. You saw what were canyon wrinkles in your Mother's foot escalate into something that dwarfed the Grand Canyon in depth and Mt.Rushmore in height.
All you could do was look up at your Mom and mutter one word, the last she will probably ever hear from you, "How..........."
Surprisingly your Mother actually smiled, in this horrific event she smiled! " I bought you hundreds of those pills that the doctors would believe to cure you Matt, you only ate one. I decided once I left home that if you failed to see the error of your words I would slip you another pill. So I placed one in my mouth, letting it wither away into my saliva. And once you insulted me again I spat the tainted saliva onto you. It was a risky manuever but had to be done."
You were horrified, you finally realized it, that speech you gave your Mother earlier did the worst possible thing, it made her finally snap, your Mom was officially crazy and it was your fault. Without logic to hold her back there was no telling what she would do....
