Consider Me Gone Anime Vore, GTS, GT, Shrinking, Unbirth chapter 122 by copier · original author: erik

Kyon washed his hands at the sink after he had obeyed the call of nature. Kyon and the rest of the SOS Brigade had spent the better part of three weeks researching the odd rock that Haruhi had discovered.
Much to Kyon's surprise there were similar recovered objects throughout history supposedly. A pulsing rock was recovered near a remote area called Tunguska just after the Tunguska event. Another one was discovered in London after the blitz. Another one in Dresden and one in a remote area in Germany. Each discovery was just after an unexplained explosion. Haruhi, in particular, found the research fascinating because she had vague memories of seeing such a rock before.
Kyon walked out the bathroom and made his way back to the club room. If anything the research was rather interesting and strangely subdued when compared to Haruhi's usual fare. If it wasn't for the discovery the SOS Brigade would probably be working on the sequel to Haruhi's first movie or something else equally absurd. Such was the way when hanging out with Haruhi.
Kyon walked a dozen steps when the floor shook so violently that Kyon stumbled to the floor. The first thought that Kyon had was an earthquake but that seemed unlikely; it was awfully brief for an earthquake. Kyon climbed to his feet when the floor shook again somewhat less violently. Kyon was able to stay on his feet this time.

"What was that?" asked Kyon...or he tried to say.

It was then that he noticed something odd. It was unnaturally quiet. Windows that lined one side of the hallway were opened but Kyon heard no birdsong. In fact Kyon couldn't hear any sort of noise from outside. It was unnerving to say the least. Some sixth sense told Kyon that something was terribly wrong here. Terribly, badly wrong. Kyon rushed down the hallway towards the SOS club room.
Kyon rounded a corner when the floor shook again and the door to the club room, on the far end of the hallway, burst open and Itsuki came flying out of the room. What the hell was happening?!

Itsuki landed in a heap on the floor. A moment later, a man emerged from the club room with a bizarre hairdo. The man's head was surrounded by curly hair. The man looked down at Itsuki who appeared to be unconscious. The man turned his head towards Kyon but he managed to duck into an empty classroom.
The man stared down the hall for a long moment before walking back into the club room.
Kyon exited the classroom and sneaked his way towards the club room. The floor shook again and Yuki came sailing out of the room much like Itsuki had a moment before.
"<Kyon!>" came Yuki's voice in Kyon's head. "<Get out of here! They're too strong>"
To hear that Yuki wasn't strong enough to fight off anyone was significant since Kyon saw first-hand what Yuki was capable of. Kyon stopped dead in his tracks and slowly started to back off -- rather unnecessary since all was silence for unknown reasons. Or was it because of Yuki's doing? Or was the silence...
Kyon shook his head and quickened his pace backwards until he made it a dozen steps and then he turned around and ran for it. Just what the hell was happening?! What happened to the sound?

When Kyon made it outside the school all the regular sounds of the day returned: birds chirping, cars driving, people shouting in the distance, somebody's car alarm was going off blocks away, etc. Kyon looked up at where the club room of the SOS Brigade was located.... and saw nothing. There were no visible signs of any damage outside. Kyon had assumed that, with all the shaking of the floor, there would be some kind of damage on the outside of the building but there was no damage whatsoever. Kyon narrowed his eyes in confusion.
It was then when Kyon suddenly remembered something. It was something that somebody had said to him years and years ago; "Should an emergency arise, use the key in your bedroom"
The key in the bedroom referred to a box hidden inside a secret compartment in the wall. Inside the box was a key made from crystal. Kyon had known about the key all of his life but he had no reason to use it.

"Wait... where's Mikuru?" asked Kyon. He hadn't seen Mikuru (or Haruhi for that matter).

"Mikuru was eaten"

Kyon turned to see Yuki limping her way towards Kyon. Behind Yuki was Itsuki. Both of them were covered in bruises. It had been Yuki that had spoken.

"Yuki! Itsuki!" cried Kyon. "are you two alright?"

"As well as can be expected" replied Itsuki with his trademark smile.

"What exactly happened up there?" asked Kyon.

"A bunch of people came into the clubroom like they owned the place" said Itsuki. "they all had these special abilities like I've never seen"

"They easily overpowered all of us" put in Yuki. "in the confusion, Mikuru was grabbed by a girl that was attacking with knives and...was eaten"

"Eaten?!" cried Kyon.

Itsuki nodded. "She just went over to Mikuru....and ate her"

"What happened to Haruhi?" asked Kyon.

"They took her" replied Yuki. "Itsuki and I tried to stop them ...but they were far too strong"

"Why was it all silent up there?" asked Kyon.

"One of them did it" replied Itsuki. "made it so that our little struggle wouldn't be noticed"

Kyon nodded vaguely.

"I fear that Miss Haruhi is in grave danger" said Itsuki.

"We all may be in danger" put in Yuki.

"I think I know where to get help" said Kyon, thinking about that key that he suddenly remembered. That bothered him for sure but something else was bothering him even more; he couldn't remember who had told him about that key.

"You know someone that could help?" asked Itsuki. "who that might be?"

"Let's find out" said Kyon.

**

Kyon's house was a simple house that looked like every other house in every other neighborhood in Japan. Nothing stood out from it. It was just an ordinary house. It had two stories and was painted a light green color.
"So," said Itsuki. "you just all of a sudden remember this mysterious key? Any idea what the key is for?"

Itsuki, Yuki and Kyon were in his bedroom. Kyon had found the secret compartment that contained the key. The box that contained the key was made out of rich dark wood. What was strange about the box was that it had a lock that wasn't a Yale lock. It looked old, even ancient. The key to the lock was readily available in another hidden compartment that was found by Yuki. Yuki was very interested in the key.
The key that was inside the box was made out of crystal. The crystal key was a thing of beauty.

"Do you know anything about this key?" asked Kyon who saw that Yuki was acting unusually cagey after the crystal key was revealed.

"I...." started Yuki. "That key shouldn't even exist"

"Eh?" asked Kyon.

"That key shouldn't be able to exist here" said Yuki. "it is not of this universe"

"What are you talking about?" asked Itsuki.

"It is not of this universe" repeated Yuki.
"What do you know about it?" asked Kyon.

"I know it's ancient" said Yuki. "more ancient than it should be. This one key might predate the universe itself"

Kyon studied the crystal key more closely. It was completely unfamiliar to him...and yet....
Who had told him about the key? Kyon cloud almost remember. It was on the tip of his tongue.

"Any idea what this key is for?" asked Itsuki.

"A door would be a safe bet" said Kyon. "there's this... door in the basement"

"Well, then" said Itsuki. "might I suggest we use it?"
