"Hmm?"

Naota woke up with his head on the bloated stomach of Haruko. It took the young lad perhaps a full minute to realize what he was lying on. Sure enough his head was resting on Haruko's bloated belly. It was so soft just like dough. Haruko seemed to be in the deepest of sleeps. Both Naota and Haruko were naked on top of the covers of the bunk bed.
"I don't remember you eating anything...." muttered Naota. "What did you eat anyway? Looks like you ate someone"
Haruko continued to snore like a drunk sailor.
"Hey" said Naota poking the belly of Haruko.
Haruko mumbled in her sleep.
It was then when Naota notice a piece of paper on the bed next to Haruko. Naota looked at it. It was a receipt. A rather long one. It clearly came from a grocery store. The bill was... Naota blinked. The bill was over a million yen?! What did happen last night? Naota had no memory of what happened.
"Hey" said Naota once again poking Haruko in the belly.
"Hmmm...feels nice...." said Haruko sleepily. Her hand came up and caressed the belly. Naota shrugged and decided to use the bloated stomach as a pillow. It was really comfortable.
"Comfortable?"
The voice didn't belong to Haruko. Naota looked over to the open window and saw a large red bird sitting on the floor. The bird looked somehow familiar to Naota.....but...
It was then when Haruko woke up.
"What happened...?" asked Haruko. The red bird vsnished just like that causing Naota to hesitate before he answered.
"You don't know?" asked Naota.
"I sure don't" said Haruko. "Well....It looked like I had a feast"
"How can you not know?" asked Naota. "Aren't you a God? Aren't you all-knowing?"
"Aren't you being nosey?" asked Haruko. She rubbed her belly.
"You spent over a million yen on food" said Naota showing her the receipt. Haruko merely glanced at it before tossing it away. "Don't be such a drama queen"
Naota got up from the bed and started to look for clothes. Meanwhile Haruko also got up from the bed but instead of looking for clothes she looked at herself in the full-length mirror on Naota's closet. She started to pose like a supermodel...or rather she looked like Demi Moore in that famous magazine cover.
"I dig this new look..." said Haruko.
"So you really don't remember anything?" asked Naota. "Doesn't that bother you?"
"No I really don't" said Haruko. "There's certain drinks that can erase even a deities' memory........but those aren't common. I can't imagine where or how such a drink would be here in the middle of nowhere...." she then took a deep sniff. She frowned.
"What?"
"Nothing" said Haruko. "Whatever happened last night someone wanted me to forget"
Naota was now fully dressed.
"Aw, don't ya want to enter my womb again?" Asked Haruko.
"I've had enough time in there" said Naota.
Haruko grinned widely. "Not according to me, kiddo"
"You really want to get fatter?"
Haruko considered before answering. "As much as I like this big gut of mine I prefer my girly figure"
(And, yes, this is a direct reference to the new episode of FLCL with Haruko with a big belly)
